after more than 3 months of badgering this company with all the excuses already reported, shoes arrived in the WRONG SIZE ! i will never order from any company advertising on facebook ever again the service has been despicable. The shoes are being sold on to a NHS worker at a discount and the money donated to ICU ward as it will be less hassle than returning

Is a scam I 've ordered in 6 if may never received sended several e mail to refund me always been send is that my item in on shipping..we are in almoust 3 months no received anything ..no money or my purchase

Same as everyone else . Ordered beginning of May and still no trainers which I think from other reviews I will never see. They all see to be stuck in Lithuania. Must be coming via Yak

Cannot leave minus 5 stars!!!
Shocking company. Ordered early April as returning to work after major foot surgery. No shops open due to lockdown. Desperately needed comfortable footwear as Frontline Keyworker at local hospital. Messaged after 6 weeks as due back at work within 2 weeks. Informed it was on its way. 4 weeks later still not arrived. Had to order some footwear from elsewhere as returning to work. More emails sent and still same response.... Please wait longer time!!!
Almost 4 months since order. Took my money immediately. SCAM

Like many before me, I ordered Sketchers mid April and mine also appear to be somewhere in Lithuania! No joy when contacting company. Would advise to avoid, complete scam, should have checked on here first. Lesson learned the hard way :(

Ordered 1 pair of Sekchers on 14/04. They have arrived today (02/07). Definitely not real sketchers but correct size at least.

I have read the other reviews, i also ordered a pair of soft boots for my wife, advertised on facebook. Its quite obvious this is a scam. Facebook should be more responsible for these scams.

I wish this was a minus 5 stars, literally read all the reviews, exact same story, ordered 2 pairs of sketchers shoes for myself and my daughter for work on 20 April, lost £59.90 now as after 4 emails been told been shipped and in transit so no refund ... I’m livid, like everyone else I can’t afford to lose this money ... so annoyed ... it’s a SCAM .... I will find a way to report this PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

I ordered in April my experience same as everyone else. That'll teach me to purchase through Facebook. When I've checked my credit card statement the payment comes under different name. Anyone been successful in claiming from credit card?

Should say - 10 wish I'd have looked on this before I ordered my fake sketchers waited 3 months for cheap fake wrong size rubbish ordered via Facebook they are from China worth about £5 if that paid £28.

I ordered my shoes at the end of April and am still waiting for them. They respond to emails "rest assured your order is currently in transit" but how long does it take - it's now beginning of July and from the tracker (Chinese Mail) I see that my shoes are in Lithuania! Are they on a tour - I wish they would send a post card so I know they are OK!!

Only pushed one star button because It would not let me comment otherwise. After 3 months and many emails . I now have a pair of black supposed to be sketchers . Absolutely rubbish quality . Marked on the sole . Lesson well an truly learned . Angry is to mild a word

One star is too good. Reading the other reviews, this company has no intention of honouring any orders placed and paid for.
I ordered in April and despite sending email and receiving promises of the order being sent nothing has arrived. Don't buy. Hopefully they will be shut down.
Karma will pay them a visit

Scammers is all I can say. Orders end of April, still not received my trainers! Email upon email of can’t give refund as product has been shipped. Haven’t given proper tracking details. Hope people read these reviews before ordering and don’t make the same mistakes as we all have

I'm at a loss I ordered some shoes in march and are still waiting... Email after email they are in transit. One star is to much for this company. All I want is my money back

How do get a refund from this company when they say your package is in transit, I've waited 4 months still not received it and I paid extra for insurance in case of loss, they say wait till I receive my order then send it back, then they will refund me!!!!

Must be a joke ordered in April paid £29.95 for shoes still not received! Emailed asking to cancel the order and a refund but NO they couldn’t do that! DO NOT use this website!! 😡

We ordered these trainers on the 29th March thinking we would receive "Sketchers" finally arrived today definantly not sketchers ... do not order from this site !!

Update: I received my trainers after almost 5months and they fit nice and look soo good, received lots compliments at work. .. But due this all mess lesson learned...
First time and last time order from Facebook add. Trainers walked all way to UK and resting in peace now 😂😂😂
And they have more pages opened what looks nicely and professionally made... Beautiful scam... 5stars for right there... And in end of the day it is shoe season now 🙄

I doubt I’ll ever see the trainers I bought on 15th April!!! It’s now 29th of June and the tracking says they are in Lithuania and have been since end of May!!! Company not interested in refunds as they have been dispatched??!! How can everyone’s orders go missing in the post??!!! THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!
