IWA claim to be 'official' UK distributor of Jocko Fuel products in the UK.

Placed order May 2nd. Weeks go by - nothing. Started to contact them. No response. Multiple website contact form submissions, multiple emails, multiple phone messages. Nothing.

Contacted bank to report fraud July 25. Suddenly get same-day emails followed by quick refund notification. Yeah, really. That's almost 3 months.

They now say they don't sell Jocko Fuel products and are now "in the process of closing down our website".

My advice, don't buy anything at all from them. You've been warned. Oh, and I'll be contacting Jocko Fuel USA to inform them about IWA.

Their website and payment system is also active and taking money. I may even contact their local police and have them investigated for fraud.

First few orders were good - fast shipping and well packaged.

Last few orders have been totally the opposite - huge delays, no communication. Have had to contact the Jocko company in America to try and get it sorted. Would not order again.

Can't fault the products.

After placing an order, received an inviting email, giving thanks for purchase and to get in touch regards any issues.

Paid £5 for 3-5 day delivery and after 5 days nothing. Replied to email received at purchase only to get no answer.

In the end had to contact Jocko fuel in the USA and they took care of the issue and I received shipment notification the following day.

Will place one more order but I have my reservations that it will be handled any better than the first

I ordered my Black Origin BJJ Gi on the site 2 months ago, and haven't recede anything from them.. I tried to write 3 mails, to them, without any respons. I won't recommend anyone to buy fromthis company
