excellent service, easy to follow instructions
The process for buying the tickets was very easy even for a technophobe like me, the information was clear and accurate. If I actually win something, it will be even better.

Good, but payment difficulties.
The emails and website were good and very tempting! Selecting tickets also very easy.
But when actually going to purchase and pay for tickets was much more problematic. The first 7-8 times is tried to go to the payment page it just held up until the website timed out. I eventually got through and was able to pay via PayPal. (Trying to pay by credit card seems impossible to complete?) But it was pretty frustrating that you are directed to another site to handle the payment? This aspect could ( and should) be much slicker to give a sense of security of the transaction.
Let’s hope I win for my persistence alone! ;)

Very easy to use
Very easy to use, with nice items on display. Really good opportunity to get a terrific instrument for not very much, if you are lucky enough to win. Odds of winning are fairly good.
