Not bad items, really cool

I don’t have any idea of what time my order it’s going to arrive

the jewelry was easily broken and it did not come with a chain as i expected it to, but other than that the pendents were made really well :)

I was sent jewellery in exchange for an honest review. I've been wearing the products for a couple of weeks to get a real idea of the quality, and I'm delighted to say they're good quality, sturdy, and well made.

The detailing is beautiful and the rings feel heavy, not cheaply made like some other brands' products which are more like costume jewellery and turn green or the colour ribs off.

Instead, this brand offers real stainless steel pieces which will last a long time without breaking, chipping, or the colour changing.

On a personal note I love the wide range and variety of gothic and even some Nordic designs available.

10/10 recommend Dark Dream, and thank you for sending me these pieces.

I just bought 3 pendants (I'm aware it's only pendants, it says on their side), and will make a 5 star review when they get here. Haven't gotten an order confirmation yet, but I'm sure it'll come :D

Pendants were very cute and match multiple different chain styles I have. Ring has great detail!

Would give ZERO STARS if posible. I have been harast by all kinds of bots giving me BS about becoming a brand ambasador and get free stuff over on ig. I am not a former or a future customer of theirs. I have tried to contact this brand about knocking it off, I am still waiting to hear from a human.

After browsing through the inventory, I found it very hard to make my final decision... they had a lot to choose from, very nice selection. I remember being extremely nervous when I gave my info, because you just never know... But, I was more than relieved when I started getting the shipping notifications,and in no time, they arrived. I am more than satisfied with my order, and I plan to shop there again... Thank you for a quality product !

Customer Service is just bots, not real people. Items came a week later. My necklace amulet/pendants didn't come with a chain which sucks. Wouldn't buy from here again.

Incredible material doesn’t tarnish and all in all badass jewelry.

Getting Sick of BOTS

I am messaged every day by a new bot account wanting me to be a rep (though they want me to buy from them 1st) So really, they are just trying to push more sales.

I block every single account and more come to my inbox.

So many bot accounts sitting in my Instagram inbox asking for a brand ambassador saying I'd be a perfect fit.

My profile is on private - they can't even remotely tell if I'm a fit. I haven't even come close to the point of purchase and yet I've already had 5+ negative/annoying experiences. Now whenever i hear this brand I'm just going to think 'fake bot account spam' not 'biggest gothic jewelry company ' blah blah

I’ve reached out multiple times about an address change and no response. My item was returned and haven’t heard from this company since I ordered.

The jewelry is beautiful and exactly as I expected from the photos. The messaging back and forth was like talking to a bot, with the same messages coming through regardless is what I asked.
