Quick response and resolution of my issue

I've been with 4 hosting companies in 30 years.. and finally found the best. They are always there with willing and qualified help, the site always stays up, and the rates are ... ( Please don't let this change..) awesome. Thank you IWEBFUSION - signed.. a customer for life.

I had a great experience working with iWebFusion. Their team provides reliable solutions and demonstrates a strong level of professionalism. The service was smooth from start to finish, and their customer support was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

What really stood out to me was how easy their website is to navigate and how clearly they present their services. It made the whole process simple and efficient. They seem committed to providing quality service and making sure customers have a good experience.

Positive things
1) Working WHM/Cpanel (never crashed)
2) Good customer service time response (chat and email)
3) Pricing seems logic and good

Negative things
1) VERY SLOW Servers, based on Intel processors from 2015 ish (hello, it's 2026). They don't mention on the website the specific processors they use. I discovered on CLI that our former VPS was using a dvd-rom...
2) In the beggining days, I mentioned to his customer service we were having very high peaks/loads of the server with few visitors, his response was offering me an "upgrade" because the plan was insufficient, absurd and dissapointing...
3) We needed a temporary backup to make a fast migration between their servers (we had an urgency), nothing available for this.
4) The initial setup of the server took 3 days to be ready, too much time, at least define an ETA once by email...
5) The tech service didn't solve a couple of critical issues related to the databases...
We lost days and nights of hard work until we just gave it up and migrated to another hosting.
It was our experience, I suppose some servers have high quality service, some have average. Regards.

I will always use iwebfusion. Their products are stable and reasonably priced, which is necessary, but their customer service is world class, which is amazing. I have been using them for years, and the few times I’ve needed support, they’re responsive, patient, and solve my problem quickly.

The support team is truly exceptional, offering creative, outside-the-box solutions whenever I hit a technical roadblock. They don't just follow a script; they proactively find alternative fixes to ensure my server meets my custom needs.

Best ever customer service! I have been with iwebfusion for many years now and they are the best!!

I’ve never used this service, but a few days ago I received a scam email coming from their domain, someone pretending to be Hostinger and asking me to update my credit card info. I reported it to the platform as instructed. They first asked me to send the scam email in text format, which I did.
Three days later, I received an email saying they were closing my ticket. When I asked if they took any action against the scammer, they replied that the evidence was insufficient and asked me to forward the email again in text format. I did, and three days later, yet again, they closed the ticket without taking any action despite me sending them screenshots and text several times.
They did absolutely nothing to stop the scammer. If you’re a scammer, this is your breeding ground.

As usual, this team goes above and beyond. I don't know any other hosting provider that would dig into Php error codes to help me diagnose these wordpress errors. I'm really grateful for this level of support.

Overall great experience. Small hiccup in getting it setup but got a significant upgrade to make it right.

I appreciated the iWebFusion team keeping me informed about the status of my request and explaining the changes that they made.

IWF support continues to astound me every time. I've worked with pretty much every big player in hosting space over the past two decades. No one gives anywhere near the level they do, and not consistently across techs.

I long ago moved all my sites to IWF, and continue to bring every client I can over. There is literally no reason to go with anyone else.

Explain your issue, and someone who knows what they're doing is ON IT. These guys don't miss.

Quick, responsive, finds the problem, help me with all my basic questions and I love this group of guys who help me with my website challenges, usually mine, not theirs. The service is wonderful. I just need help when I am building a website.

Support team has always been fast, informative, and responsive to resolving all issues 100%.
