By mistake I had booked flight ticket on wrong date and requested to support team to reschedule the flight but they cannot due to unavailability of the tickets.i could able to the flight tickets on requested date to change.

I presume they want to create the situation panic to collect more money

I never ever will use this app in my life time .

I had booked very easily so many times. This time refund related issues I was face due to flight cancellations. I contact with ixigo coustomer care and surprise that they resolve issue and initiate refund within 24 hours. I recommend all travelers for ixigo app

I had done my reservation through ixigo, there was a mistake in my name and I informed IXIGO and customer care ensured that everything was sorted out in 24 hours and all through I was kept updated by associates

Poor service. You will be looted under travel guarantee. No guarantee but full guarantee to loot money from the customer.
This is their moto.

Initially, I faced an issue with ixigo's Travel Guarantee refund, which was frustrating. However, after raising my concern and following up, their support team provided a satisfactory resolution. While it took some effort to get a response, they eventually refunded my Travel Guarantee charges, which I appreciate. Their customer service could be more proactive, but in the end, they did resolve the issue fairly. If you're using their Travel Guarantee, make sure to read the terms carefully.

I booked train tickets with travel guarantee and paid 500 extra for per ticket. But my tickets didn’t get confirm and ixigo didn’t refund the amount which was taken against travel guarantee.
They are making fool to customer.

Ixigo Travel Guarantee Cheating People…

All started with a booking of 3 tickets from Gwalior To Mumbai. The Actually Irctc cost was 7185/- and i paid 3000/- extra as travel guarantee,After chart preparation my ticket was not confirm it got stuck on 1-2-3 waiting and it Automatically got cancelled as waiting is not allowed now the scam is like,

I paid 10185/-
They refunded me 7185/- only the ticket cost and 6000 coupon from which 3000/- is the amount i paid as travel guarantee (So that amount will not be refunded to you in your bank) so the actually coupon is of 3000/- only in that coupon they ask you to redeem once as a flight,bus or train. once you selected won’t get changed again.
Now you have to book train ticket if you selected for the train option which is valid for 7 days only and travel date should also be in 7 days and as everyone knows within 7 days confirm ticket is not available for your travelling.
Coupon will be claim only if you book ticket on your previous passenger names only.

I was a frequent customer but now i only use IXIGO for my PNR status and suggest other for the same as they also charge extra from original cost.

Worst feature travel guarantee...Don't use this feature aa this people can't give you the confirmed ticket by paying the travel guarntee charges..

They have given this feature to just earn money and fool people.

Please dont ever booking your tickets from this website.They are scammers.All these locking the price is just a scam.Never ever fall for the trap .you will always end up paying much more then your regular price.Please think twice before downloading and booking tickets from this app.You much better websites.
Coming for thier customer service its the worst .you cant reach to thier operators directly.you will have to hold your Phone on call for good 10 mints and then they attend.Thier reply is we will speak to our senior and get back to you.

Ixigo is the worst when it comes to customer support
I wanted to reschedule my flight Mumbai to delhi I paid the extra charges approximately 9 thousand still they called me and asked me to pay 10k more thn they will reschedule it!!
Which is 10k paid + 9k rescheduling charge + 10k on call demand =29k
On the other hand i can book new tickets in 12k

Booking through ixigo is waste of time and paying guarantee charges. They don’t do anything to secure CNF for waitlisted. Very difficult to reach them on phone. Any number of times tried their numbers no response. Chatting doesn’t yield any result. When they can’t get confirmation they should return guarantee charges collected. 2 X refund system if at all they give also will be of no use.

Ixigo is cheating people with travel guarantee.. ticket never gets confirmed and only base fare is refunded.. fare paid for travel guarantee is not refunded back .. instead they issue a coupon which we hav to use within 7 days ! This is absolutely cheating!!!!

I used ixigo during November month had an awesome experience customer support helped in finding my hotel in no time

Recently I booked a flight everything was awesome

I had a terrible experience with ixigo. I was expecting to receive a coupon for my flight booking, as per the guidelines, but the coupon was never provided on time. The link didn’t even open, and the timer started ticking, making it impossible to use.

To make matters worse, flight fares are dynamic, and by the time I could book, the prices had increased. Since the delay was on ixigo's part, I expected the fare difference to be covered, but that never happened. On top of that, the validity of the coupon should have started when it was actually provided, not when it was originally promised.

This situation was completely frustrating, and it seems ixigo doesn’t care about resolving issues promptly. Very disappointed with the lack of support and will not be using this service again.

I had written a review recently and the company said to go to the site and again the same rigmarole with no solution in site.
I have cancelled an air ticket no refund till date and also the app shows the ticket still exists.
God help these apps.
