Honestly it's the best way to decorate walls. Everytime I look at my IXXI collage my face lights up with joy. Keep up the good work and the amazing print quality.

Thank you for your review and how unfortunate that you are not satisfied. This is of course not what we want.
I'd like to explain what happend; IXXI cards are always square, which means that sometimes a portion of the original photo might be cropped. Using the 'edit' button in the module, you can zoom in, zoom out, and reposition the photo. However, it's important to note that you cannot zoom out a photo beyond the dimensions of the frame on the IXXI card. The module is designed to completely fill the card. If you attempt to zoom or reposition a photo beyond these limits, the proportions on the card might become incorrect, resulting in visible blank areas, which is, of course, not the intended outcome.

Beautiful product
I placed an order with different sizes and delivery was within a few days. And I was so surprised how beautiful the products are! Both the smaller photos and the large ones that are divided into partial photos are perfectly finished. Everything packed in a nice box with clear instructions. it's the first time I ordered from ixxi, but I'm a big fan from now on.

There was a problem with the delivery
There was a problem with the delivery -
It seems that Fedex claimed the address was not correct.
Yet no one from IXXI informed me about it.
After waiting for the delivery for almost 2 weeks, I sent an email requesting an update. Only then did I get an explanation.
Had I not sent an email would IXXI contact me in order to successfully complete the delivery?
(Yet, the payment for the delivery of the product was already cashed)
Following the respond to my email, I sent my address in a different format, but still didn't get the delivery.
If there is still a problem,I would like to be updated and then I will supply a totally different home address.
I expect IXXI to contact me, and show motivation to successfully complete the delivery .
This is the very first time I encounter such a problem for delivery.
I sent another inquiring email (yesterday) , asking for an update, but haven't received a response yet .
I never encountered such an attitude while ordering online from a far away country.

Great quality!
Great quality and the system works really well. I highly recommend it. I also loved that I could send old pictures back and IXXI recycles the material, great bonus!

Looks cheap, not worth the price
It's basically just pieces of paper that you have to glue together. Could be just me but the "painting" I purchased looks cheap. Hung it in the hallway as definitely not good enough for a living or dining room. Putting it together is a pain in the ass. Overall, not worth more than 20 EUR (obviously paid much more). Don't bother, just buy a nice poster and decent frame and it will look much more stylish than this.

Good customer service
After first bad delivery experience with postnl, IXXI fully cared the process and kept me updated during whole time. Their customer service was very good indeed! Now they sent me again the product and it s all good!
