One of the most horrible and scam company ever , take out transactions straight away and then never give you any update of your order for months and months.
I try my best to contact with them via mail or whats app they never responded.
If somebody can help how to make a claim to get back my money please do let me know.
Never ever advise anyone to buy anything from this company nothing else just a scam company

I have had such a bad experience with this company, I don't know where to begin with. First of all, it took them three months to deliver my one suit out of three, after hundred WhatsApp messages and even then the size is completely off. I ordered another 2 suits before I received the first one, I asked them for a certain size bust one can fit a small girl and the second looks like a paper bag that would fit a huge person. I've been trying to reach out to them but no response whatsoever. I sent them the pictures of the measurements and they denied it. This is the most pathetic irresponsible company and management I've ever come across. Please don't waste your time and money. I give them one star because the fabric is great. Never again:(

Sent an email 4 day’s ago, then followed it up with a WhatsApp message on the number advertised on their website & am still waiting for a reply..
Surely customer service would be important to all companies, regardless of where you are in the world ??
I wanted to place an order, but wanted some clarification on the sizes advertised before doing so, that’s why I emailed them.. Am still waiting !!

I like this website. The latest clothes designs of 2021 have surprised me a lot. I think the dresses are very beautifully designed and the quality of the clothes is very good. The Pakistani designer clothes collection is awesome.
