I cannot stop recommending Izipizi to…

I cannot stop recommending Izipizi to everyone I know!

And I have been doing so for a number of years. On top of the actual products being very good quality and undoubtedly beautiful, their customer support is second to none!

Customer service not so much

Love this product so much, however I mistakenly ordered one of my glasses a 1 point instead of both 1.5. Literally an hour after, I sent an email to make the correction and was told it was too late. I am still waiting, a week later, to receive my order. Hardly think my correction was too late. Now I’ll have to return. It will be my last purchase after five years of doing business.

This place is fantastic

This place is fantastic! Great-quality glasses at very reasonable prices. A huge thank you to Mariam, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout. She made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
