Your orders are always delayed. I haven't received a single one on time. The delays began when your partnership with Chronopost started. Before that, there were no delays. I do not deny that the problem might lie with Chronopost's partners in Greece. However, Chronopost was the one that selected them. Before that, there were no issues. Therefore, the responsibility rests with Chronopost and, ultimately, with your company. You bear responsibility, and it is wrong of you to try to evade it.

I had seen a friend of mine who bought one in Europe and I absolutely loved it. Especially because tigers eye is my favorite stone and hers had about four tiger eye stones in hers. When I received mine it does not have one tigers eye stones in it. Even the picture shows tigers eye in it. Pretty disappointing.

Bring Back the Classic Colors
I've been a loyal customer of Izipizi for a decade. I used to collect new colors for each season, but not anymore unfortunately. I've found the new colors and collections worse and worse in the past 2 years. The pallets often feel cold, dull or cheap. Some of the classic colors like their beautiful green is no longer available. I used to not only repurchasing the classic ones but also collecting the nice new colors. Now I could wait for a whole year and still couldn't find anything worth purchasing. I believe Izipizi is losing its way as a brand. I miss the classic collections so much.
