This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. I've paid $199 for their 'membership', this auto-renewed, but then gave me 'no membership' yet billed me for the year, I'm receiving no support. No licenses. They removed 80% of the plugins I had included before, and what it says is included on the website. My business relies significantly on a few of these plugins for operation, and now my business is closed until they pull their heads out of their @$$ to actually help.

They refuse licenses that you have purchased and treat you impertinently

A license of Ozone 11 Standard was purchased in a bundle (worth over € 2,000). However, since I already own all of iZotope's major plugins (Advance products), I asked to be given the key for the license from the bundle so that I can give it to a friend who can't afford the plugin economically at the moment. He wanted to upgrade to the Advance version later, when it was working better for him. So I asked in good faith and got a response that I hadn't expected. Not only was I rejected, I was also discredited even though I had already paid this company several thousand euros and recommended the plugins to my friends everywhere. When I asked for goodwill, they laughed at me and dismissed me like a stupid boy. I will definitely not buy any more products from this company and I will also tell my friends in the music industry that there are better companies where customers are worth something and they don't get kidding.

Izotope gone down the toilet.

This company has gone down the toilet.
Two weeks on still heard nothing back for help after buying the new Trash plugin which won't fully load.
Valuable studio time wasted and much frustration.

I won't be buying from them again.

AVOID!

I emailed them about authorizing a slightly older version of RX with the brand-new serial number I purchased and I never heard back. Then I went to email them again and I got an automatic reply saying my ticket was closed. How could it be closed? I never got a reply the first time around... THE WORST

Follow up on my recent review of Izotope's Customer Care, where I gave them one star. Although it took them nearly a week (five full days) to resolve a purchase issue that could have been handled in one hour, they finally came through with everything I requested. So, I would now say that their products are great and their Customer Service weak to mediocre.

Deeply flawed ever since the company merged with Native Instrument

Since they merged with native instruments, problems rise. I Could not, for some time now, have my login credentials filled out by my password manager, because the login-site is now a native-instruments-subpage - credentials get thus confounded with my NI-credentials. Right now there is no possibility at all to log in - GUI always says "something went wrong" during login. No updates possible. Unfortunately it remains misterious, what exactly went wrong... If You just want to use Your software instead of dealing with such problems - don´t buy Izotope anymore.

Constant login issues

I'm not sure why, but there's often some kind of problem with authorising the plugins. "License not found" half of the time I try to use them. I then have to login to the product portal which for some reason can't store my password, so I have to dig it out from my password manager every time. Extremely frustrating and really killing the productivity. Horrible user experience. If the plugins weren't great I would give up on izotope for this reason only and never look back. Also, I can't really, since I have a number of projects in progress using izotope plugins so if I were to cancel my subscription I would have to redo a lot of work with alternate plugins. If you haven't gotten stuck with them yet I'd recommend to avoid getting into this trap. However, the plugins are great the times you get it to work without massive frustration. This review relates to the subscription model, don't know if the same issue applies to purchased products.

The Product compatibility from Isotope…

The Product compatibility from Isotope is some of the worst in the industri. you have hundreds of dollars and the you update your Mac and everything is gone. Now almost 5 months have gone and nothing. I have RX7 standard and I think they won't update it to silicon because all other are updated, so you can force me to buy another. I was thinking of buying MPS 6 but I im just tired of the weird behavior. there are so many other companys fighting out there and you don't try to keep your loyal costumers. too bad.

Useless customer support

Bought ozone 11 pro in black Friday sale still haven't got my product in downloads. It's been five days now. I was even promised a free voucher because of the stress and inconvenience this has caused with my work and clients. That email never arrived after 24 hours that Alex had said would happen. Also saying my case was resolved when it's not solved as the download is nowhere to be seen not even in my other native account.
I can't ring I can't complaint just a stupid website for support taking me round and round getting nowhere as the downloads not even present.
I wish I never would of purchased it and I want Native Instruments/Izotope to see this message because there is no way I'm going to buy from you again if this is the sort of treatment you get and the product still cost over £250 in sale. I feel like I've been robbed.
You need to improve your service a lot more. It's absolutely useless when you have my problem and there's no download being produced and no way of just talking to someone or at least answer bloody emails instead of just not replying for days.
My advise get Fab Filter. I wish I would have done instead of this joke of support.

The worst company to ever exist

As others have experienced recently, they took my 40 dollars and did not send me the download. They sent me an email about how I was sent the download in a separate email, but I was not. Yes, I checked the spam folder. There is seemingly no way to contact somebody about this, their “customer support” thing on the website is laughable. You can’t type anything. This is the most insane thing I have ever seen from a company that is supposedly legitimate. Plus I had to jump through 50 hoops after paying to get their ridiculously unnecessary and dumb “download portal” installed just for nothing to ever come of it, after several hours. What in the name of f-uck are these people thinking? How is this a business?

Payed and didnt get Product.

Horrible..I bought a product and payed for it. They took the money but didnt give the product. It doesnt show in history on their profile, contacted support. Got one answer after two days. I replied and still waiting days again. Luckily I have screenshot of the order but nothing shows and cannot get the product I payed. Also there is a lot of crashes with nectar. The plugins crashes logic. One bug ruins songs with bouncing noises. So cpu heavy too. Im so disappointed. Only thing I got to work was the free EQ.

iZotope took my money and gave me nothing in return

I purchased Post Production Suite 7.5. iZotope charged my card, but, to date, hasn't given me my software. I didn't get a receipt. Nothing shows up in my purchase history. Nothing shows up in their iZotope Portal.

I'll give them until tomorrow to fix the issue and then dispute the charge with my credit card company if they don't. Even if I get the software, I doubt I'll ever buy anything from this company again. This experience has destroyed my trust in the iZotope.

digital cancer

I bought software from them about three years ago and it was a huge pain to activate it. Now three years later I want to give it another try but the software isn't on their page anymore and I cannot request any help for this specific plugin as they do not want to help users that bought it anymore. Also when you install their frontend manager it will spy on you by default, which is completely illegal. You'll need to go to your preference to deactivate it. Avoid this company at all cost.

Product are great BUT support is a shame

Products are great, MPS bundle is a must.

Now "loyalty offers" are not appealing at all, very expensive to upgrade, even on big sale like black friday.

Customer support is a shame, either the delay you get an answer, or the quality of the answer you receive. Time consuming.

Izotope under Native Instruments should be be avoided at all costs.

Use Fabfilter, which has great product and customer support

My case, I have an account with Izotope, when they merged wit Native Instruments, ALL OF MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION WAS LOST.

I put in a ticket on September 1st, it got closed today without resolution.

They used to be pretty good, but once Native Instruments took over, it went downhill quickly.
