Ordered a custom watch from Jack, all throughout I was kept updated on the process with photos and video via WhatsApp. When the watch was ready it was an easy process to pay and I received it within a couple of days. Jack is a super cool guy. My watch is awesome, it's exactly what I wanted and I received it super quick.
Jack sends videos of your timepiece being calibrated and pressure tested and delivers your piece in a very reasonable amount of time.

The process from start to finish was seamless. I sent through the specification of the watch I wanted custom made and was provided with the various options and timescales of when to expect the watch to be completed. The general response time was quick and all questions were answered thoroughly. Throughout the process I was kept updated with progress like the watch face being completed and the water and timegrapher test completions. On completion, I was shown a video and pictures of the watch to confirm I was happy before it was dispatched. Once posted the watch arrived to me within 3 days which was quick considering it had been shipped internationally. The watch is of exceptional quality and I will certainly be buying another in the near future. I can't recommend Jack Hypoxia highly enough. Thanks for your service.

I ordered 2 watches. And they I got updates along the way (pressure testing for example). I think pricing is great and service is even better.
When I got the watches, the clasp on the bracelets were slightly difficult to open. So I asked about it, and got some tips. After some time on the wrist and opening and closing the clasp a couple of times, it got easier.

The watches look great, feels great and have pretty accurate movements (both automatic).

Had the watches for over a year, and they both look great, and works perfectly fine.

I definetley reccomend using Jackhypoxia :-)

Impressive quality, and service. The order took some time, but it was worth waiting. The watch itself is solid and heavy, I've better then the tipical Seiko's. I have my own omega seamster 300 and I am impressed how comparable they are!
