Don’t order from this company they take your money and do not send your order. They then ignore all communication. I placed an order start of December and have heard nothing or received nothing. I’ve since put a chargeback request in with PayPal.

Pretend to want to arrange delivery but item never received. Thank goodness I paid by PayPal

Don't use this company. Absolutely useless. Take your order and money quick enough. But they never deliver and you cannot get in touch with them. They don't answer emails, their telephone or respond to messages. Total scam artists. They have been reported to trading standards. Hopefully they will close them down so that they can't rip anybody else off

A similar experience to most others. Placed an order which never arrived and have followed up 20 times for a refund which has also never arrived. The website has now gone so expect money is lost!

Ordered over £1400 worth of radiators in November from them (they had 5* reviews at the time). Over 2 months and they still haven’t been delivered. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails, I try about 10 times a day. Absolute con artists, just hope I can get my money back!!

Placed order and paid (without checking reviews). Item was in stock. No dispatch for a few days so emailed. So reply so called multiple times but no one ever answered. After over a month I asked for dispatch eta or a refund (by email), but I've had no answer so opened a case with paypal for refund. They haven't even responded to paypal's inquiries and it's now nearly 2 months since I ordered...

SAme as many of the reviews here. Hmm, maybe I should have looked them up first. I ordered something, they took the money sent me payment received and then nothing. Told me off when I called, gone to ground now.

Bought an item on 4th Dec 22 and have received nothing and had no correspondence from them despite numerous emails. Seems like Jack & Jill Bathrooms are as calamitous are their nursery rhyme counterparts! I have started a chargeback with my credit card company.

Terrible experience, like others they took payment immediately in November 2022. I chased to find out where my order was and they said they emailed me saying it would be two weeks. I have chased and emailed and tried calling to no avail. I have escalated with PayPal to see if they can help with a refund.

My recommendation is to avoid this company. I have been waiting 3 weeks for an order that should have been with me in 3 days. I have emailed and phoned several times and have had no response whatsoever. Get this... they even have a message when you phone that says don't bother leaving a message as we won't listen to it, wow!! Luckily I ordered through PayPal and they have refunded me after initiating a complaint through them.

Made an order online which never arrived. Have called and left 8 telephone messages and have sent several emails and absolutely no response. They took payment the day i placed the order and have clearly never sent out the goods. Avoid this company. Will update if I hear from this company or receive the goods.

Following my earlier review on this company: The closure of their website in the last few days as well as the lack of response on email and phone calls confirms to me that they are scammers. I am liaising with citizens advice who have notified trading standards but in addition I have contacted action fraud and would advise everyone to do the same.

Initially good contact with service team via email, however timescale for delivery was wrong, had to call the manufacturer myself to get accurate date which was way longer than advised. Cancelled order no problem, was told would be processed for a refund. No refund. Waited 28 days. Still nothing so chased them up 3 times. No response. Nobody answers the phone (rang more than 100 times). Had to go through PayPal to raise a dispute to try and get my money back which can now take up to 30 days. Would never use again.

Do not use this company! I ordered an item online. It never arrived. I contacted them - they said lost in transit will reissue. Never arrived. Have requested a refund - requests have been ignored. Nobody responds to emails and no-one is contactable by phone. Been 4 months!!!! Diabolical company. No costumer service

I simply cannot believe I was scammed too. Paid and then no goods or response to my emails for a refund. Thank you to the previous customer - will try this with my bank.

I would give zero stars if I could, these people take your money and then lie to you about delivery. I ordered back in August and still nothing. Scammers avoid at all costs!!

We ordered a sink back in June, kept informing us it didn’t pass quality checks. We eventually asked for a refund in November and still haven’t received it.
Please avoid this company!!

Ordered £477 of good on 8th Dec .1-2 week promise of delivery.
After several emails no goods arrived so cancelled on 5th January. Various bounce backs telling me my refund would be processed but without any priority. Today 18.01.2023 No refund received and email adressess at Jack and Jill no longer found . Do not go near them!!!!

Ordered 2 radiators in November. Had absolutely nothing from them! They’ve basically just taken my money and that’s it. I have contacted citizens advice and they are getting back to me soon. The lady said they recognised the name so I think a few people are on to them! Contact citizens advice so we can get a court order on the horrible low life’s! As if life isn’t hard enough with the cost of living they decide to just take our hard earned money for themselves!! Scum
