Jackbit Let Me Win $28K, Then Took It All Back and Called It a “Technical Error”

I received a 200 LTC bonus (approx. $23,000) through Jackbit’s internal inbox system. I wagered it fully, met the playthrough requirements, and built up over $28,000 in winnings — plus $212 in rakeback.

After I tried to withdraw, the entire balance was removed from my account and labeled a “system withdrawal.” Their story changed several times:
• First they said I exceeded the bonus withdrawal cap
• Then they corrected it to a 10x limit
• Then they said the bonus “shouldn’t have existed” due to a system error

If the bonus was a mistake, why was I allowed to play, win, and generate rakeback for hours?

I was then locked out of gameplay until I accepted a new $8 bonus — a tactic to reset the account.

I’ve filed a complaint with Curaçao Gaming Authority and am warning others: Jackbit can and will void your winnings without warning. Play here at your own risk.

Update:
As of 7:18AM, Jackbit has also reversed the $212 in rakeback I earned from betting with the bonus they gave me — calling the points “invalid” after already allowing them to be generated. So now they’ve taken not just my winnings, but also the loyalty rewards tied to gameplay they themselves enabled. Completely unprofessional and unethical.
