Dealt with letting agent Piers - polite but beyond clueless - asked for assistance from Director (Shaun) who is aggressive and rude. In what world does such terrible customer service win custom or recommendations?

Impossible to find a worse letting agent - rude, unhelpful, patronising, dishonest, misleading and worst of all utterly incompetent. As a landlord with decades of experience I have never come across anyone so inept.

Jack Charles from start to finish of buying my first home have been amazing. Always kept me in the loop and given me the little kick up the bum when I’ve needed it. Would highly recommend, all the staff are friendly and professional. Big thanks to Izzy and Amy for explaining things to me when I had no clue 😃

We sold our home through Jack Charles who were absolutely fantastic. They kept us informed of the progress every step of the way and really stepped up when we hit a few bumps along the road. Marisa, Izzy and all of the team were brilliant and I couldn’t rate them more highly.

Paul & James (and the rest of the JC team) did a great job selling my house! It all started out so well with viewings booked the day it went on the market and an acceptable offer came in soon after! However, the sale process was not so simple and Paul had to do an amazing job to help me to get it over the line at the 11th hour just before the stamp duty deadline! Highly recommended.

The team worked really hard on both our sale and purchase as it was far from a smooth ride due to factors outside any of our control, however the team remained professional and the challenges were overcome. When there were pressing matters, we even had email responses far outside of ‘working hours’, as the senior team are dedicated to their business. They undertook all of our viewings for our sale and were accommodating when we viewed properties. If needed they prompted solicitors to keep momentum for the chain. On completion day we were able to collect our new keys swiftly.

Worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Knew nothing of my property when showing people around, had no contact with me during the sale process, left me the most unprofessional and rude voicemail by accident and then lost my keys on the day of completion! Don't waste your time or money with Jack Charles!
