Best gift I did for myself.

Best gift I did for myself.
Always had a hard time to structure my meals and workouts. For me to able to calculate carbs, proteins etc was confusing. With Jacked Vegans everything came so easy, along with my coach Will. Very very well structured, am ever grateful tbh to accept the call when Julian reached out last December, honestly grateful for it. As a vegetalismo (I work with master plants) by doing master plant dietas, it can be very challenging and hard to keep working out, with this type of program, I was able to do a 5 weeks dieta without losing too much weight comparing to the past. The community is an awesome one, very well connected.

You will be in expert hands! 🙌🏼

I have tried countless times other programs and could never get long lasting results. Either they were too aggressive or there seemed to be something missing in the formula.
Jacked Vegans has helped me tremendously to regain my power back and to have a better balance in my mind-soul-body connection.
I am not a fitness girl and have struggle with being overweight for many years, but for the first time ever, my adorable, kind and patient coach has helped me see I have all I need to take better care of myself.
I cannot recommend this program enough! 🩷

My Weight Loss Journey

My doctor kept telling me to lose weight, but everything exercise video and website I tried didn't work. It was hard for me to lose weight and keep it off. I looked for gyms and trainers that could help me lose weight, give advice on how to eat and maintain my weight loss, but I could not find one.

Then I ran across Jacked Vegans. I have coaches, a supportive community, exercises, and more to help me through my weight loss journey. I don't have to wonder or guess if I am doing the right things to keep the weight off now. I am very thankful I joined Jacked Vegans because they have made my weight loss journey easy to follow. Jacked Vegans is awesome.

I believe Jacked Vegans do a great job…

I believe Jacked Vegans do a great job in focusing not only on physical health and nutrition but also mental and spiritual health. They make it a big importance to focus on those core aspects to be able to help the client to to their best capacities. They really value the work they put in to give those that a ready some really solid life tools to continue with your journey even after the program is complete. They invest in you just ask much as you want to invest in yourself.

Amazing Program for Vegans

My Jacked Vegans journey has been amazing. I’ve been vegan for 7 years and my weight has fluctuated due to life events, too much restriction or too much indulgence. It was so hard for me to be consistent with non-vegan coaches. With Jacked Vegans, I’ve been able to lose fat while gaining muscle and follow the amazing meal plan/macro plan I was given. The group calls are great for a mindset boost and community building and your coach is always there for you if you need anything additional. If you’re looking for an all around mindset, nutrition and fitness program tailored to vegans, this one is for you!

Encouraging and Strengthening

Everything has been great!! The coaches are reassuring and encouraging. They walk you through all the steps, are accommodating through any challenges you might have going on in your personal life, they really set everything up so it’s all straight forward. They give you a meal plan and are open to adjusting as needed. The work out plans are also adjustable as you can choose with your coach, which ones you want to start with or work up to depending on your needs. The first few weeks I was feeling discouraged and unsure about the program, and my coach (Gigo) took time out of her day (daily) to check in and made sure I felt comfortable and ready to tackle the day. As well as daily check ins, they have multiple calls going on through the week!! So if you have certain questions or topics you want to talk about with like-minded people, you can. Overall really welcoming environment, they make you feel like you can do anything.

Why wait? It’s time to get JACKED!

I am so incredibly grateful that I joined Jacked Vegans. There are unique challenges for those that eat Vegan and want to be jacked, it can be a confusing journey with more questions than answers. I FINALLY feel like I have complete clarity with what to eat and how to lift. The coaches are incredibly supportive and overall amazing people that operate with the highest of integrity. Will Brooks is my coach and he’s become a life long friend. Julian, the owner, is an absolute stud and a wonderful guy. I couldn’t recommend this program more highly because it takes all the guesswork out of being a JACKED VEGAN!

Jacked Vegans is the lifestyle change I needed

I've been vegan for 8 years and have tried everything to lose weight and gain muscle. I would yo-yo from the burnout of training at the gym and then slowly gain all the weight back over time. Jacked Vegans heard my story and created a customized plan that became my new lifestyle. It's a sustainable plan and the community is very supportive. My coach, Will, gave me constructive feedback and held me accountable to my nutrition and macro goals. I'm excited to continue going to the gym and getting my 10K steps in a day.

Amazing Group

This group is phenomenal. The meal plans and accountability are super helpful and delicious. Additionally, there are many group zoom sessions which are a great source of positivity. You will get a personal fitness and nutrition coach who communicates regularly with you and is super knowledgable (thank you Will). Also, there are monthly mindset calls with Eileen is amazing! If you are hesitating due to the cost, it is well worth every penny!

My experience with Jacked Vegans has…

My experience with Jacked Vegans has been better than I had hoped for. When I first dipped my toes in and started looking for more information, I’ll admit that I felt a little pressured in first contact to just “jump in”. If you feel the same, do yourself the favour and take the leap. You owe it to yourself and I have no regrets.

Will has been my coach and I cannot say enough good things. He’ll work with you until the very end. He’s empathetic, understanding, and wants the best for you from the program. He’s always a message away when I have questions or need feedback. He provided me with an easy workout program that can be easily changed to suit your body/needs, and even a great meal plan to include into the program.

Within a few months of following the program, (there was a lot of learning and messing up along the way as I adopted a new way of being) I couldn’t believe the progress I made. The before and after photos spoke volumes and I could wear my favourite pair of jeans again.

Diving into a diet or a program on your own can be daunting, but having the guidance of a coach can truly make a huge difference and is worth every cent. Ultimately it’s up to us to put the work in, and it’s not always easy…but it’s absolutely worth the effort if you’re willing to step it up.

My advice to you, is to take the leap. You won’t regret it.

Enthusiastically, I can confidently say that my journey has been nothing short of transformative. Delighted with the incredible results, both physically and mentally, I've experienced, I owe a massive part of this success to the unparalleled guidance and support I've received.

Throughout this endeavor, I've not only achieved my desired goals but have also expanded my understanding of nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. The knowledge gained from the exceptional guidance provided has been invaluable.

Moreover, the coaches have been nothing short of outstanding—more than just mentors, they're incredible souls dedicated to nurturing every individual's journey. Their support, motivation, and expertise have been instrumental in my growth, both on a physical and emotional level.

Worthwhile program

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Jacked Vegans. I’ve only been with them 3 months and have already made so much progress. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and have become much more confident. Their coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. They set up a clear plan and give you the support you need to succeed.

5 stars for jacked vegans

I am so glad I did this. I was struggling to get myself back into a regular exercise routine because of my work demands. I had lost all motivation & felt sluggish & tired. I finally decided to take the plunge & joined jacked vegans. It was the best move I have made this year. In 3 months I have lost 5kg off my relatively small frame. I have learnt how to calorie & macro track & finally understand how to train for my best physique. I am also stronger & mentally this focus has given me work-life balance. All the advice has been very evidence based which I love. My coach Gillian is absolutely amazing. She’s so positive & warm & encouraging but keeps me accountable. We have daily contact & I can talk to her about anything. She keeps my mindset on track when I have a bad week. If you are thinking about it, give it a go. You won’t regret it. I have signed up for the following 12 months based on the support & results I have received so far. :)

More than online fitness coaching - JackedVegans provides an invaluable community for both mental and physical growth 💚.

I've been on the program now for 11 weeks and have absolutely no regrets. I initially signed up solely for the fitness aspect, with a goal to lose body fat, but I almost immediately realized that this program is much much more than just online fitness coaching. It is a loving, caring wellness community focused on personal growth in all aspects including mental health and mindset. The group calls have helped me more in the past 11 weeks than years of therapy have. The coaches are open and honest about their own experiences and vulnerabilities and the community is the most compassionate, welcoming community that I have ever been a part of - for the first time ever I feel that I have found my tribe 🫶💖. The mindset calls and life coaching you can receive, if you actively participate, are worth the cost of the program alone. On top of that though you also receive fantastic physical fitness coaching. My coach, Amber, is an absolute star. She motivates me daily by not only sending messages and follow ups but also by leading by example. How could I not trust and follow the advice of someone with her physique?!
Like anything in life, you get out of it what you put in. If you put in your 100%, they'll return that amount of energy and more.
I genuinely cannot recommend JackedVegans enough. And for anyone who does sign up, jump in fully - engage in the calls, embrace the 1:1 mindset calls that are offered, ask lots of questions, and genuinely own your own growth. You won't regret it 💚

Great experience

My experience so far has been all positive for me. I have enjoyed the workouts and having my plan all laid out for me to follow. My trainer has been wonderful. Very easy to communicate and she’s been nothing but helpful. The training can be tough sometimes but I have been seeing improvements in myself and changing my habits. Highly recommend this program.

Powered by plants and feeling AMAZING

I worked with Coach Will for the last month. He has helped me dial-in on my vegan nutrition and since starting I am down 10 pounds and almost 3% body fat. I feel AMAZING and the knowledge I have gotten will help me to continue working towards my goals.

My experience has been awesome

My experience has been awesome. The program is very complete and covers all angles: from nutrition and training to mindset and consistency. You communicate very often and they answer absolutely all your questions. I can't say anything bad about it. It is an online/remote training, so the only downside is that you don't have your trainer with you when you exercise on the gym, but that's expected from an online/remote program. The way they solve this is asking you to record every single exercise you do, send the videos, they will watch them all, and give you feedback to improve your forms. Highly recommended, I did already 3 months and I'm now happy to take my shirt off around friends or on parties (before I wasn't). Now I'll continue to the next steps and keep improving.

Jacked Vegans offers a very thorough program

Jacked Vegans offers a very well-rounded experience by taking care of not just your training and nutrition but also incorporating mindset and community. When you join, you become part of a large group where you have access to not only experienced coaches but also a large group of people who have similar goals and are willing to help every step of the way. My coach, Gillian was accessible and available for calls as needed aside from keeping in touch daily via written communication to provide support; she is very helpful, upbeat, and always has something positive to say to uplift you. The team of coaches really practice what they preach.
I’ve bought other programs in the past that were good but if you need hand holding and/or accountability, this program is the way to go, whether you are vegan or not. I joined to lose 15lbs and lost 22 and feel great!!
