Very misleading, company not UK based, goods come from China. Delivery is poor, still waiting for my order after over 10 days and looks like it’s still in transit from no reply generic emails they send. Would definitely not be buy from them again.

Saw the bad reviews for this company after I had placed my order. I also wasn’t aware this company is based in China. I ordered the car food tray. I can honestly say I am pleased with my purchase as I was a bit worried. Considering the order was shipped from China, it came surprisingly quick. And was well packaged. The car food tray is really good. A great gift and something a bit different . Exactly what I was after and didn’t look cheap. So pleased with purchase. The only small thing is , the tray didn’t come with cutlery as shown on the site.

My two year old grandson loves the golf clubs and is playing with them regularly. However, we now realise that he is left handed and the clubs are right handed! Not your fault but we are having to get more which will be OK for left or right handers.
They are well made and perfect for a two year old, being lightweight.

Really cheap product , plastic flimsy and not fit for purpose . To get a refund you have to return the product back to china ! So I wouldn’t bother

I wish I checked the reviews before purchasing. Avoid this website, misleading information, horrible and rude customer service, not helpful at all. You are buying from Uk website but if you want to return you have to pay for postage to China.

Waited ages for product to arrive , when received cheap rubbish from china.

Absolute nonsense. delivery takes ages. if you request a cancelation of the order as a result, they won't cancel. if the other arrives late and you request a return slip/QR for a refund, they ask you to return to China bearing the cost despite stating 30day-money back guarantee on their website. plus unethical customer service response.

Not an actual legitimate company, recieved a faulty product and terrible customer service.

The product ordered and purchased turned out to be a counterfeit product a children’s book with pop up dinosaurs, shockingly poor quality a complete con I would advise that no one uses this company

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received after receiving a damaged product. Instead of making the return process straightforward, I was repeatedly encouraged to accept a 20% refund rather than return the item. I explained that the product was intended as a gift and that it arrived damaged, but I felt like my concerns were being dismissed.

After so much back and forth, I eventually accepted the partial refund—not because I was happy with the outcome, but because I was completely exhausted by the process. The whole experience was frustrating, stressful, and left me feeling embarrassed to give the damaged item as a gift.

Good customer service should focus on resolving issues fairly and efficiently, especially when a customer receives a faulty product. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below my expectations, and I would think twice before ordering again.

OMG,I have to be fair and give them 5 stars for their excellent service. Having red some of those negative reviews,I still wanted to take chance and ordered 4 toys for my 2year old little nephew because they were really attractive. Jackies kids even offered me generous discount on each item. They kept me informed of the progress and I received the parcel containing those 4 toys today and I am so delighted to find they were all in perfect condition and in working order. They took only about 9 days and I am more than happy with their excellent service. Needless to say that I will certainly go back to them for more. Well done JACKIES KIDS.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is obviously not in the UK as it portrays. The item I received came apart the first time it was used and my granddaughter ended up trying to eat the stuffing. The company does not want any responsibility or accountability for this faulty product. Please do not buy from this company if you value the safety of your children!

As reported by many, this is a Hong Kong based "shop", and whilst the toys were of reasonable quality, the delivery was not. 3 items were split into 2 separate deliveries, the first took 9 days, the remaining 2 items took 14. They were all on a single tracking number which meant that I couldn't track the 2 outstanding deliveries until I got another number from Jackie's. Although the shop is in HK, their website more than suggests that its uk based. Its certainly not the nice toyshop in a high street somewhere that I thought it was!

Ordered a present for a nephews birthday party. That was 3 weeks ago. Hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer support, who stated that we are still within the delivery timeframe as per their website and therefore they will not refund me. But their website doesn’t have an expected delivery time. I asked them to provide a link to the expected delivery time, and they ignored the request.

Avoid. Unreliable and untrustworthy.

Waited a long time for delivery and was unable to track item but the toy does work we ordered a talking parrot.

If it was possible I would give zero. Goods take weeks and weeks to arrive. They refuse to replace faulty items if over 30 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give zero stars then I would as product quality and customer service were both terrible. I bought a splashy sink which stopped working after just a few weeks. They refused to refund or replace as it fell outside of their 30 day returns policy. Customer service was non existent and they stopped communicating, even when I told them I wouldn't be buying from them again, nor would my family, so they'd be losing several customers. I wish I had read reviews first. Steer clear!

Scam. Don't need to say any more other than my own stupid fault for not googling them first.
