Poor quality and dangerous and with holding honest reviews
I’m writing a review for the light up dinosaur bath toys. Gave 1 star as of the 4 dinosaurs only 1 still lights up after 3 baths and from one of the dinosaurs, 2 screws, about 1cm long came out of the bottom. Easily swallowed by a child. So not just poor quality but dangerous too. They also took weeks to arrive and like a lot of other reviewers had said they are shipped from China. The problem with my review is that they never posted it and looking at their website there are no poor reviews. Trading Standards should look into this company
Good quality but long delivery time
I read reviews after buying a couple of things from here and panicked that I'd been scammed but I have to be honest: yes, it took two weeks for one thing to arrive, three weeks for the other. Yes, I would have liked it to be more obvious that the company is based in Hong Kong. But the products were actually very good quality. Nothing has broken, nothing was missing, and my son's enjoying the toys. I probably won't order from here again purely because of the length of time things take to arrive (and maybe I just got lucky this time with the products!) But I can't honestly give a bad review for my experience.
Item never arrived
Item never arrived. Nothing but non-updates and stock answers from customer service. No idea what's happening. Serves me right for not looking into the company. Just another scam company operating with seeming impunity.
Possibly the worst company I’ve experienced
Company is based in China, not the UK despite the name. Delivery is slow and expensive. Customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The listing for the product I bought doesn’t match the item I received and they seem to be being willfully ignorant about it, intentionally missing my point and pretty much just ignoring the parts of my emails they don’t want to deal with, or sending poor attempts at gaslighting such as “you have received the correct item.” Part of the item broke, I’m trying to request a replacement and a partial refund due to the false advertising and they’re trying to say they can only offer one. For context the broken part is worth about £5 (presumably less to them) and the refund I’m after is about £10. It’s hardly going to break them… but instead they’d rather spend their money paying customer service agents to do everything they can to give me as little as possible? We’ve been emailing for over a month! Make it make sense??? DO NOT risk buying from this company.
Poor quality
Poor quality item that took a long time to arrive. I, like many others believed this to be a uk company but it clearly isn’t.
I decided not to give the toy I purchased to my granddaughter as I was concerned about its quality and safety.
Please don't buy from this shop
Please don't buy from this shop! The item was shipped from China in its original box, which obviously arrived damaged. It was meant to be a gift. Customer service appalling, customer supposed to return at own cost to China. The item itself looked cheap and of dubious quality... it's disgusting to see that they still appear at top of searches, vendors such as this should be removed from fair and transparent markets.
Disappointing
Disappointing
My first purchase has been a disaster. I had to chase the order as it sat for days with the courier and then told it will be delivered AFTER the required date. Plenty of time given to process order and delivery in a timely manner. I asked courier to return order to sender then Jackie’s had the cheek to charge me £4.95 for saving a wasted journey and nothing in writing about a return to sender charge until I was charged. I did nothing wrong. Jackie’s failed from start to finish.
Avoid at all cost
The toy they provided was awful, I've seen better quality in Christmas crackers. It came in a plain cardboard box, 3 weeks late. There is no CE marking or any other markings anywhere on the box or toy. In my opinion it isn't safe for a 4 year old to use. I contacted them multiple times about return and got nowhere. In the end I had to do a charge back on my card.
Item not as advertised - ignoring emails
The main image of the item clearly shows a plastic tub to contain the toys, the same image is even in my email order confirmation! Instead, this toy for 3-5 year olds comes in a plastic bag-clearly little regard is given to child safety. I was also offered a free gift. This gift comprises of 100s of tiny pieces-a chocking hazard for 3-5 year olds. I emailed them about the lack of a tub….no response. I followed their return/refund instructions, even using their suggested template letter…no response. I emailed a third time chasing the return address and instructions which, according to their website, should be sent to consumers once the return/refund request has been sent to them by the consumer…no response. I have been in touch with the Citizen’s Advice Bureau who have been very helpful in guiding me through the steps I should now take.
I ordered the Trackfusion set for my…
I ordered the Trackfusion set for my granddaughter for Christmas, also like everyone else here, thinking this company was U.K. based. It took 2 weeks to arrive but it was a different product entirely, badly packaged and damaged. In between ordering and receiving the item, I had read the reviews on here so I was surprised that something did actually turn up even if it was a substandard item and not worth half of the money it initially cost. I paid using PayPal so I opened a money-back case with them. Through PayPal, I would get a refund but I was asked to return the item to an address in Austria for some reason - I suspect it was a false address just to get me off their backs. It cost me £10 to send it. It arrived with Austrian customs just after Christmas where it sat for a month because it didn’t have the correct paperwork. Austrian customs then returned it to me. I followed all of PayPal’s requests for information and evidence, they did close the case in my favour and I received a refund for the initial amount I spent. It took 2 months, I am £10 out of pocket but I won against the Chinese Dropshippers!
I shall report this company to Trading Standards. They are totally misleading, their returns policy is opaque, their website is mainly AI generated, their products are substandard and not as described. Their customer service is nil.
I really wish I’d read the reviews
I really wish I’d read the reviews. Ordered a number of items for my child’s birthday on 30th Jan - nothing has arrived as of 15th Feb, have had to purchase items from elsewhere now as my child’s birthday is tomorrow. A UK domain but ships from overseas, very misleading. Cannot speak of the quality but I can take an educated guess! Please avoid.

If I could I would give no stars ,not a UK company at all even though gives impression that it is,poor delivery times ,in fact still waiting after 3 weeks and all information received is quoting high demand for products, this company is a joke ,avoid at all costs
Just as other one star reviews…
Just as other one star reviews describe. Spinado gear ring smashed as packaging so flimsy and inadequate. Hadn’t realised the goods had to be shipped from China. Poor quality and poor service - very disappointing for grandson’s second birthday.
Faulty and incomplete items received.
I ordered a Rocket Pad launch for my granddaughters birthday. I hadn’t opened the package , simply wrapped it and saved it towards her birthday gifts 8 weeks later.
On assembling the launch we found that a piece was missing and a piece was broken so it could not be used.
I emailed Jackie’s Kids immediately, and sent photographs too.
Their response was that my return was outside their 30 days returns policy returns policy so on this occasion they were not going to take any further action.
I had received no paperwork stating this policy, simply a business card with the goods.
Very poor service as the items weren’t intact, and were also faulty. I will never purchase from this company again. Beware buyers!
And that’s not to mention my granddaughters disappointment 😢

I would have preferred the option of NO STARS. Where to begin. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Misled by email address UK. Company based in China Long waiting times for delivery. Returns policy states that the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returns. In excess of £10. I would most definitely not recommend dealing with this company. They are scammers
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I fell for it, bought a couple of Christmas presents and then thought it was odd when I'd not heard anything about dispatch/ delivery. They do reply to messages, but simply with an 'it's on the way' message and a tracking number. I asked for a refund almost every day towards the end of my wait for delivery (which was well outside their advertised delivery window), their response was to resend the tracking number and offer me money off my next purchase! The penny dropped and I realised I'd been had, and my purchase was coming from China, so the tracking number is only useful if you search online for China postage tracking, then you see how far it's traveled and why it takes so long to arrive! I think it took 3-4 weeks to arrive, and when it did, the quality was really poor. I ordered a lego-style marble run, which toddlers are seen playing with in the photos, but the pieces and plastic marbles are tiny and it's impossible to fit the pieces together without grown up force. Also ordered a couple of unicorn transformer cars which my daughter does actually love, but are not the quality I was expecting from the photos and I could have bought on amazon for a fiver on next day delivery.
I knew there'd be no point in returning them for a refund, the cost to return would not be worth it and I'd have zero trust that it wouldn't be "lost in the post" and I'd lose yet more money.
Thankfully I didn't spend too much, but this is a very deceptive business, I feel as though I have been scammed albeit they probably get away with it through their small print.
DO NOT waste your time or money on Jackie Scammers
DO NOT waste your time or money. This company is a big scam they use photos with products that are not what they sell , they are products that they COPY.I ordered my Grandson a garbage truck ,the truck looked big in the photo and the dust bins looked about 6 inches high , which the model was holding ,when the truck finally arrived it was in bubble wrap no box or instructions (This was for a Xmas gift)the truck was much smaller the bins were 3cm high cheap plastic ,it was laughable .when I contacted them AI communication they replied by saying send back and will give full refund , forgetting to say that the customs would cost more than the truck (which cost me £25 )or they would give me back £5 .
The products are unsafe ,extremely poorly made ,it is a shame that our country allow scam companies to trade to the UK. If you have money to throw away this is the company for you my advice when you are searching for a toy company and you see that dreaded name JACKIE KIDS avoid them like the plague, shop at Smiths ,the entrainer and large retails shops like John Lewis where customer service is what you expect.
