Complete Fraud – Do Not Use Jackpot Appliance Repair!

My experience with Jackpot Appliance Repair has been a complete nightmare. They operate like a professional company initially, but it’s all a trap to get your money. After paying them, I realized their service is a total fraud. They do not deliver what they advertise, and trying to get a refund or even a response from them is impossible. It is frustrating to see companies operating like this to scam honest people. Please do your research and stay far away from this company.

After a thorough search of our customer records, we have been unable to locate any account, service history, or transaction associated with this reviewer's name or contact information.
We believe this review is fraudulent and part of a coordinated review extortion scheme — a growing problem in which bad actors post false negative reviews and then solicit payment to have them removed. We have not engaged with and will not engage with these tactics.

I am writing this to warn potential customers and partners about the deceptive practices of Jackpot Appliance Repair. If you are looking for reliable appliance repair services or planning to do business with them, please think twice. This company has proven itself to be highly unprofessional, unethical, and manipulative.

They consistently mislead people by making false promises, taking money or services, and then completely cutting off communication. Their customer service is non-existent once they get what they want, leaving people stranded with unresolved issues and financial losses.

There are multiple red flags regarding how they handle transactions and contracts. It is clear that their business model relies on scamming innocent customers and service providers rather than delivering genuine quality.
