Beware

Beware! I thought a good site at first, managed to win £265 on slots. Withdrawing was impossible as no current passport, sent expired passport, utility bills and official government letters, birth certificate, front and back of debit card, photo bus pass, NI number, no go, all this after many repeated emails and back and forth info, I gave up trying in the end!

Tricking people!

Also been scammed. Wish I read the reviews first. Deposited some money and won, requested a withdrawal. The day after they offered me free bonus money, after that they rejected my withdrawal saying I’ve got a bonus on my account even though it was activated the day AFTER I made my request. Now refusing to pay out. Basically trick people into taking a bonus to then be able to reject withdrawals.

This casino will do everything in its…

This casino will do everything in its power as to not pay out, when you withdraw it leaves the money in the account as to make you spend it,then they will give you free money on top that will hinder your withdrawal then five days later will ask you for you to verify your account, then when you send I. D they say its incorrect so you have to send again, then its the wrong size, the wrong kind, we don't take screen shots, so how do you take a picture, do not deposit any money on this casino

Joined this site about 2 weeks ago…

Joined this site about 2 weeks ago deposited a couple of times no issues with playing though I think min withdrawal is £50. Anyway I had a verification phone call from them shortly after joining all good.

So I went 1 step further I thought I'd send them verification documents passport utility bill front and back of debit card and bank statement.

That was sent on the 27th of June no email acknowledgement of receipt of the sent email. So I thought I make an enquiry via live chat.

Got Martin once again everytime I access live chat on this site I get Martin. So I asked him why haven't those details been verified??? He asked me the most absurd question ever 'why did you send the documents '???

That's when I knew I had to close this account. Just haven't got time for stupid questions.

Anyway I just hope they have closed the account.

My advice to people is stay away if a live chat operator is asking you a question like that get the hell out of there.

These guys are con artists and do not…

These guys are con artists and do not hold a licence in the UK to operate. I suggest if you have been scammed like me, you contact your card issuing bank and request chargeback as per section 75 of the UK Consumer Credit legislation. They are scum of this earth and criminals, so why not chargeback all your deposits?
