Omg constant 2 bonus symbols to many no win spins dont look for jackpots they dont happen. Normally a really.good site but now impossible.to build.let alone withdraw. Such a shame used to be player friendly but not now. Break time again for me. Such a pity.

Can not afford it to waste my money as no good wins since August this year. Aprox 10 min and nought in the past gone much longer even with 10 p a game one can watch balance game win 10£ 5min not impresed! Its sad how it ended up.

Reading other reviews I would agree that this site has gone downhill. Originally joined when was “ Women’s Own” and stayed during several changers. Occasionally have some luck and find small payouts quick. However recently been playing their “ free bingo “ regularly and keep seeing same names appearing as winners. This makes me suspicious , as I can play many times a day and win nothing and then see same names appearing as winners, often in quick succession. I know luck is the basis of gambling but when we are told it is random generated how come some are randomly more successful than others who play regularly?

Double bubble, fishin frenzy and big bass used to pay out at least £200 now the payout is zero!!
Also put the daily/monthly spins back to how it was. Since the first change i win 50p

My name is Iona Ferlance my jackpot joy id is I_ferlance/ taferlance @gmail.com my phone number is 07460724150 So i joined jackpot joy and deposited £165 in 3 separate transactions on my last deposit i started to win i accumulated £8000 i then withdrew some in 3 deposits totalling £7500 i then continued to play thinking everything was fine and accumulated in total £11396.32 I had already withdrawn the £7500 it said funds will be in my account tomorrow i then received a email requesting id verification I sent my bank card and passport with a selfie which they declined at least 5 times I then was blocked from playing games and had around £3900 + and started to go back and forth via the support chat/phone calls etc i have sent my bank card, bank statement and passport and had a generic message saying my account has been closed and i will hear from the finance team within 5 working days in regards to my balance after seeing these reviews I can see that i will have to escalate this to the highest platform I have already emailed them multiple times and I have cc the daily mail as well as other new platforms as I won't be scammed by this site and take it laying down there was a woman called Donna keeling who gambled on her sons bank card and they paid her out even though apparently that's not allowed so why someone who gambled with their own card and supplied all ids etc not being allowed their winnings. In my opinion because I deposited such a small amount and won such a huge amount that is why im not being paid out I have 3 more working days to go before i hear from them if i do receive my money I will update this review and let you know

Since my last visit here i have still had the same messages from jackpot joy no conclusion and still verifying my info they initially gave me a date of 2nd November it's 17.55 and i am still waiting and have now been told there is no timeframe and i just have ti wait for them ti get in contact i also have tried to make a formal complaint which they have said they won't accept until i have an outcome which is unfair and downright outrageous in my opinion

Absolutely terrible. I spend very little and play for pleasure rather than wins, although SOME wins would be nice! On other sites, they pay out enough for you to play for hours with a small deposit but this one will strip you of £10 in minutes! Very little 'joy' to be had!

Happy to accept all your money and deposits from your banks but as soon as you win they find issues that they cant payout, spend weeks and months sending you in circles and then close your account completely so you have absolutely zero access, avoid like the plague they are committing day light theft!

Having played Jackpot joy for many years they have gone from hero to zero. Will never waste my money again!!!

It’s my own stupidity but come on, over a week I’ve played and spent in excess of £150 20p spins on sugar rush and I can honestly say the most i got back was £8 (the biggest win) lost it all in less than an hour. Needs to up their game as this is just pure robbery (I don’t expect to win btw) but just to enjoy a bit longer entertainment.
On one occasion £20 deposit was gone in 4 mins.
I would defiantly try a different site or maybe I was just a one off, who knows!!!
