Absolutely disgrace £1000 of £1.20 steak and no return

Absolutely disgusting customer service app taken all of my money but customer service said it takes human interaction for this to happen. Account now disabled will play with my money elsewhere good riddance thieving scammers!

Deposited £10 played a game of bingo bought like 25 tickets. I won the full house of £500 gone to withdraw my funds there’s an issue contact customer service. Contacted the via web chat for the woman to tell me the account beens closed and I can’t access my funds. Sent them an email and it says they will reply in 48hours!never experienced anything like this guna stick to the bet365 app from now on!!!!!!

Everyone BEWARE using this site it will just take your money. I went through 50 pound really quickly with no big wins. Just small wins. This is the worse casino site I have ever been on. Stay clear of jackpot joy unless you like losing money.

Very poor returns for your hard earned money. Deposited regular over past week over £1300and on times not even got to play the feature of the game being played. Think it's about time for your luck to turn well think again. Will stop playing this site. Don't mind losing but at least give a game.

I received a letter on behalf of my dad a few days ago and decided to play for him as it was played on my phone but connected to his card. But he had suddenly passed away.I’ve won over 60 pounds on there and as his card but his bank accounts had been shut off. So obviously cannot withdraw I then tried to contact customer services and after they had locked the account as I’m not the account holder but I’ve told them that my dad is no longer here. I could have proved it to them if needed to but they wouldn’t listen. I will not be playing on this gambling site again and no one else should either they just rob you blind. Awful service

Awful one to avoid, linked with Virgin Casino. They fake review on google to burybreal reviews. Look at the difference here to the app store. Joke of a company and shouldn't be aloud in the United Kingdom.

I asked them a question about if it was possible to block slots as I only wanted to play bingo and they straight away closed my account! I'm sure they'll claim they were being responsible but you know what's not responsible? Having slots on bingo sites in the first place with no ability to block them or take a break. Why the gambling commission hasn't addressed this is beyond me. I haven't spent much money with them either to be flagged up as a "problem" I simply didn't want slots shoved in my face every time I played bingo. I have no issues with bingo and love to have a few games in the evenings and they've closed my account just from a simple query. Funny how you're allowed (even encouraged) to take breaks from the site but if you want a break from slots they call you a problem gambler and shut your account. Absolute hypocrites.

Edit to add-they didn't have to worry about me playing their slots anyway, they absolutely suck.

I had an account open and running for months with no issues, I won £300 and when I went to withdraw I got kicked off my account, they blocked it and made up some lie saying I failed there vefication even though I didn’t and also have the documents to prove this, THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE
I have reported to the police and the gambling commission as it’s the only way I will be able to get my money back that they have stolen. DISGUSTING

Says you have a deposit limit of 1500 spent 400 play for a 400 pound box bonanza then Says you can only deposit 15 pounds until the 30th when you have over a 1000 pounds available to deposit so lost 500 since 7th does not make sense or fair new deposit limit of 1500 reset on the 7th now saying 30th when it hasn't been used

46 days and counting and still not been paid my winnings I’m in stage 2 of my complaint stage every time I call il lied to saying account is under review they can’t help me even being asked “why do I want the money I’ve won” and “why do I keep calling” the customer service is dreadfull

Withdrew it.n then put it bk on .went on it today I had 120 spend limit.put 70 on.so it said I had 50 left before my deposit was up fr Dec.but then it came up no cant deposit as reached net deposit linit went on live chat and was told ive reached my net deposit of 500 which I didn't even know was on it n that I now cannot deposit till January.this is wrong if you you win n withdraw the deposit limit goes bk up.but no.it seems to me the site doesn't like you winning much. Just realised jkpotjoy and virgin are the exact same sites

Terrible gambling site, played around £100 on 20p/40p spins, over the course of a few weeks and never ever won anything that I could take out in the sense of profit(probably played a lot more than £100 to be honest) absolutely ridiculous and I will never be lining their greedy pockets again. After 13 + years and put in thousands over the whole of gamesys sites they've suddenly closed my account, asked why and they said I need to verify my account, loads of id plus selfie outside my house with date on.. don't think so.. and to make it worse it was closed on the monthly free game, says it all.. bluddy scandalous!
