They have not shipped my order nor has there been any communication to my concerning the status of my order that was due to be deliverd here on March 25 Yet my order has not been shipped
By today the 27th of March.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
THEY are charging very overpriced for the Roses. Also they are not growers just marketing. And so my order should have been here and now I just want it canceled and ti get a full refund.
VERY POOR AND FULLY ABSENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 8 separate items in December and most were delivered either dead or marginal quality. I tried to get credit and have emailed and called for two plumbers months. The credit I am supposed to have in my account for only one of the orders is missing or I cannot find it.

I ordered about 10 bare root roses over the past three years. Everything was ok before 2025. Three of the roses I planted never grew. I first one was a Walking on sunshine and I sent a message and the plant was replaced. However, that replacement rose had very mildly roots and it wouldn’t grow. I lost another one around the same time. I know my roses, I have 36 of them. I know when and how to plant them. I probably won’t be buying anymore as by the time l pay $49 for the rose and shipping it’s darn near 60 or 70 dollars for one. So I bought this years roses from my local nursery.

A box of roses arrived with white mold growing on the roses. The ruses still had sine green stems so we planted them, gave them all the standard care but just of them did not survive. I contacted your company and got jo response. You used to be good with your guarantee, but now it seems to just be words with nothing behind it. Nit sure after 20 plus years of being a customer that I will buy from you again.

I ordered several bare root and potted rose bushes recently. All are blooming or have buds except one. I contacted customer support and they immediately replaced the one that didn’t survive. I am extremely pleased with both Jackson Perkins and my beautiful roses.

My experience was great. I ordered several plants to various relatives at Christmas and they were all delivered promptly. One recipient wasn’t happy with what she received. She said it appeared to be dying and sent me a picture of it. Thus I contacted Jackson and Perkins to request another, more viable plant and they replaced it immediately. I was so happy with their service! I have sent many gifts from them and will continue to do so. Thank you, Jackson and Perkins!

I have ordered and loved J&P for over 40 years especially when in Seattle with great roses. This year I ordered two shrub roses, soaked them overnight, dud an ample hole, put a mound and fertilizer and water in hole, placed bareroot plant and filled. Have had success inn these same beds in No. Calif.Both plants were essentially brown and dead and have done nothing.#s44659,44657; ZZ008041, ZZ008032. Any ythoughts? Refund? Replacement.

I have been Jackson and Perkins customer for over thirty five years.love their roses and customers service. Never had problems to get replacement if a plant didn’t do good. Their roses are best in quality .

The roses are of poor quality. One of the bushes has two branches and will never amount to anything. The roses are very young, have pencil thin stems and will take years to become anything. The quality of roses found at Lowes for under $15 have more branches and the branches are much thicker. I ordered 5 roses, 3 were delivered. I've ordered previously, they are slow growing and I should have known better than to order from J & P again.

For the most part rose plants arrived, well, packed, and moisturized and healthy looking. For the few out of the mini that I ordered that were not survivors. The customer service agent was extremely accommodating and replacements were rapidly received.
