I found them to be very professional in what they have done for me, it was drawn out but that was due to the buyer moving the dates .

They acted as executors for my dad’s estate and took five years to lay his ashes to rest despite having quoted nearly £1,000 for the service years earlier. Very slow and showed no empathy towards a bereaved son and family.
Thank you for your reply via Trust Pilot, I reiterate it took you 5 years to lay my father’s ashes to rest. You have charged nearly £10,000 to date and I believe the estate is still not settleted yet. I consider this to be very slow and uncaring.

During a very difficult time I have felt fully supported by Jennifer Brunt at Jackson Lees in my divorce proceedings. I would highly recommend her as she remained professional and sympathetic at all times and gave me the confidence to get through this stressful time resulting in an extremely positive outcome.

These solicitors provide a poor service from start to finish. I used Jenna Ellison to gain access to see my son and had to change firms before the case went to court. I don’t believe they are comfortable with court appearances and push for mediation even when my ex-partner declined they continued to push at my cost without consulting myself. Total costs of £1200 for emails and phone calls alone bearing in mind I didn’t receive any calls and had to constantly email to get a reply. I now no why as the charge £12 just to read the emails I sent so every day they don’t reply and you send another email they charge you for there poor service. There rate is £200ph but really not worth £12ph I could have done what they did myself. Stay well clear when looking for family solicitors you want the best and Jackson Lees is far from that.

Very professional and caring service. They kept us informed regularly and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Worked in our best interests all the time and made us feel like no question was a silly one.

The team were really helpful toward the end of my mortgage in getting my completion through, it was down to the wire but they pulled out all the stops to move me before Christmas.

Throughout our transaction Dominic proved a fantastic accomplice, providing all the necessary information we required to ensure everything went smoothly. We were fraught with a number of complications along the way, which we felt were dealt with professionally, and with ease, ensuring that any difficulties were identified and addressed promptly. Dominic provided us with the necessary information to make advised decisions about our purchase, which allowed completion within two months with no loose ends. We were entirely pleased with the conduct of our conveyancer and could not recommend Jackson Lees more!
