Great website, packed with useful info. Easy online ordering, good communication from both Jackson's and the courier. Plants arrived in perfect condition. Not the cheapest but I got what I paid for. Highly recommend.

First time ordering from Jackson’s Nurseries, purchased 3 Japanese Acers pack deal two of the Acers were out of stock was sent an email and suggested 2 other acer. Arrived in the post in perfect condition. Happy with the service will definitely be ordering from Jackson’s Nurseries for my next purchase.

I ordered some plants this Monday by their website. Acknowledgements were sent a few minutes later.
Jacksons and the courier notified me yesterday (Wednesday) of the proposed arrival today (Thursday).
The plants arrived today, well packaged. The plants were of excellent quality and are now planted in the garden.
Will definitely use them again.

My first purchase from Jacksons Nurseries. Rose 'Glorie De Dijon'. Most Nurseries only have this to send out as bare root from November. I wanted one in a pot, ready to plant now. Beautiful, healthy, multi-stemmed rose, covered in buds, just arrived. Also when I called before ordering, just to double check that they definitely had this, got through quickly to a lady who was very helpful. Rose was very reasonably priced too.

This is the first time I've ordered from Jacksons Nurseries, but it certainly won't be the last! Ordered a Rhododendron and a Mahonia, both of which were much larger and more established than I'd expected for the very reasonable price. Very well packaged. What more can you ask. I now have to buy another large pot, but I'm certainly not complaining!

I made my first purchase from this nursery as an online buy. I was looking everywhere for a lovely Acer I’ve wanted for a while. It arrived today and wow. First off, the tree was packaged extremely well it hadn’t even lost a leaf. The tree itself is a magnificent specimen and has gone beyond my expectations. I absolutely love it. No dead branches and in perfect condition. I have been dealing with Luke and he went out of his way to make the transaction perfect so Thankyou. We have bought a lot of bare root Laurels over the last 2 years and now I can see how well they have done it seemed a good time to right a review. When they arrived they looked really healthy, the growth has been extremely good. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

We received a beautiful David Austin rose from Jacksons Nurseries. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. The rose is a substantial size, and looks sturdy and healthy, and the rose buds a beautiful colour. We are sure that the rose will last for many years, and will brighten up the garden. Will definitely order again, recommended.

I am delighted with the rhododendron lutea that I ordered from Jacksons in April. The plant was in excellent condition, beautifully packed and excellent value for money. I have had mixed experiences buying plants on line - some very good some not to but if this is typical of the quality of Jacksons plants I will definitely be buying more!
