I went into the shop way later in the day than I should have, because I had a tire light that was acting up. The same gentleman has helped me almost every time I’ve gone into the stefko blvd location and he’s been absolutely fantastic. I knew I showed up too late this last time, he looked at my tire anyway because he’s excellent and even switched out a small part to see if it would help, which it did. I’m never over charged when I come here and I also am never pressured to do anything with my vehicle that I don’t want to or can’t st that time. I’ll continue to use this location as long as I’m close because they’ve earned trust by showing excellent care and service every time I’ve gone in.

The guys were SUPER friendly and professional. They go above and beyond. I’ll recommend them to everyone I know!
Overall it was an awesome experience!
I was having a lot of work done on my wife’s car (she was going to use my car to go to work) but left her spare set of keys to my car in her car (which was up on the rack with the tires off!). One of the managers let me use his personal vehicle to run the key home to her, literally saving the day! Amazingly kind and awesome service! I’m a customer for life!

Came there just for simple tire leak .After job was done(very professionally and fast),another trouble came up. My car air suspension just stopped working (pump works, but car stays low).I was considering replacing parts, converting to regular suspension, whatever is faster(badly need car all the time). One of shop managers Brett sent my car for diagnostics and mechanic Randy somehow magically found fault and fixed it. By the way they even did not charge me for that. I'm very happy and since now on, this shop is my choice for car fixing.

Great service. Was very straight up with me and my fiance about our tires. I had picked a tire that wasn't going to be the best for our SUV, and after a short conversation, we had gotten the right tire for the same price. JW price matches as well, and they're very upfront about their prices and what they charge you for beforehand. There were no hidden fees, and they gave us options about warranties and gave us a free quote of things that needed to be done on our car. Friendly service and reps!
