The type of shoe and the look, I love to look different and set a standard.

I ordered size 15. Took a month. Shoes dont fit, they are like a 13.5

I ordered Hudson sneakers and wanted to wear them on event out of country, dispite confirmation via call about the shipping and importance of the committed date my order was delayed 15 days after the order daye i even went to their store in Lahore and asked them to hand me the shoe their becuase i was travelling the next day. When i asked for refund at their POS the Owner replied to send the money next business day however i recieved the refund after 7 days that to with again chasing them.
Their shoes may be nice ( can't comment on quality ) but their delivery time lines are pathetic.if you want to order make sure to keep a margin of atleast 30 days or more

Quality authentic leather shoe. I want premium, I get premium. I will get more.

The customer service is non-existent. It took weeks to receive a response to my emails, and when the shoes finally arrived, they looked nothing like the photos online. The sizing was completely off, and trying to arrange a return has been a total nightmare. I absolutely do not recommend this company

I confirmed delivery timelines with Jacob & Isaac before placing my order and was assured delivery within 4–5 working days. I made full payment on 10th January based on that commitment.

The order was supposed to arrive by 15th January but has still not been dispatched. I followed up multiple times and was repeatedly told it would be dispatched “today” or “tomorrow.”

On Sunday, I was sent a dispatch slip and a phone number and told my order had already been shipped. When I called the number, I discovered it belonged to another customer of Jacob & Isaac from a different city, and the dispatch slip was not related to my order at all.

This order was for a time-sensitive personal event, which I had clearly communicated.

The issue here is not just delay, but false dispatch confirmation, sharing another customer’s details, and repeated misinformation. This experience has been extremely unprofessional.

Good respond back email right away. Good company.

Boot not as advertised. Not true to size, approx. 2 sizes too small. Delivered extremely late. Packaging arrived very damaged.

Looks great and the quality feels solid, but the fit wasn’t as comfortable as I expected. Decent buy, just not perfect.

Shoes are too big. My heels keep slipping out

Love the shoe! The quality is amazing. I'd recommend the Naarabi 10/10.

I ordered the wagrain lofter. The shoe I received had an ultra shine that did not represent the picture. The shoe was wide and would slip out the foot as I walked. I returned the shoe to be resized a month ago and have not received the new shoe or any correspondence from them since. No refund and no shoe. Customer representatives were disrespectful referring to me as dear, discounting my concerns as trivial. I do not recommend them and will never purchase from them again.

Quality is very high, well made of . My only suggestion, the toe is a little too narrow for the American market, also which makes the boot only slightly tight.

The shoes are a beautiful color and the quality seems very good!
