Absolutely brilliant product, the difference between this and other versions/make of hot tub are literally worlds apart in my view. I’m not saying other hot tubs or cheaper hot tubs aren’t nice when you’re in them but they are nothing like a Jacuzzi spa. Nothing. Whether I’m in there for an intense hydrotherapy massage or just to chill out and enjoy the moment there is no other brand like it. The customer service from point of sale right through to after care is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or purchase another. Not that I can see another purchase being necessary for many many a moon other than to change model as the quality and customer care give confidence in this being with us for many a year, even decades.
Bought my Jacuzzi from Jacuzzi Manchester. The sale team there were fantastic. Delivery was on time, and the delivery team were polite, nothing was too much trouble and great eye for detail.
Jacuzzi after sales team have been great with confirmed order & replacement!
Great Tub. Easy to use. Great for helping you relax after a hard days work Big enough for the hole family to relax in .Glad this is the tub i decided to get .
Great service from Jacuzzi . From ordering it at Manchester Jacuzzi to the install and even when i wasn't shore about somethings. rang them up spent the time on the phone to go threw everything i asked . tub is top of the range and so was the survive thanks Guys .

Really good product, helps my back as I have a back problem.
We actually bought the J425 but very similar. Great product, easy to use and keep the filters clean. Keeps heat in well and not using as such (it is all relative!) electricity as I was expecting. Glad I paid extra for the quality and the finish and especially like the raised back as it makes you feel snug when in the tub when it is colder or windy. We also can actually talk to our teenage daughters in it as (1) they want to go in and (2) they cannot be on their phones!
Very relaxing. Enjoyed by all the family! Great social space. Love it!
