Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding as I wasn’t sure of sizes. I ordered them from Debenhams but they were sent by Jaded Rose. They arrived late and I returned one of the dresses on 8th March. Was given tracked delivery label via a returns portal. Still not received my refund. Debenhams are completely ignoring me and I was asked by jaded rose to review my purchase so I reviewed and gave one star due to the lack of refund. A customer service agent emailed me to ask for more information so I thought I might actually get some help from them but they have since gone silent and not replied to any of my emails. So I’m £75 down. With so much competition out there good customer service is extremely important. You are now on my black list and I will never order anything from you again
