Terrible customer service. They promise "rewards" then there appears to be no way to use them for a subscription. You send an email to customer service, they send an automated reply with "Request Received" -- then they don't respond! Try to find your matcha elsewhere. This is NOT a customer friendly company
This company is horrible, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Blamed me for an error in their site and took days and days to reply back and forth to not offer a solution. Told me I could pay to return the product. Weren’t friendly about it either. Very rude and as a top supplier of matcha they could afford to let one bag go due to their error. Will never buy from them again. Matcha isn’t even that good either. Got it bc more affordable but not worth it to deal with site errors and rude customer service
I originally found this brand at Whole Foods and was immediately hooked. I’ve usually ordered this brand on Amazon since then but I recently ordered directly from the website. Well, it shipped out faster than I expected! Like the day! I’ll definitely be ordering directly next time. As for the products, they’re all winners. The collagen matcha mix has been my jam lately. Oat milk + mix + agave syrup + ice. My hair is starting to grow crazy fast. Thank you JLM ❤️❤️
I must say, yes it's a bit expensive, but I have tried maybe 5 or 6 matchas and this one stands out. It doesn't taste artificial if that makes sense. Others almost taste like they were made in a lab. But yeah, it's a bit pricey.
