For a few months now I have been finding it really difficult to take my money out.
Each time I reach out I’m being assured that everything will get sorted out.
I have been asked to submit few documents which I did, but I’m yet to know the actual reason why I’m unable to take my money out.
Please I need a solution.

Men!! You guys are poor with this whole business thing y’all do on mt4. First i had a withdrawal of $11450, it was approved buh was never sent to my wallet. I was later told i pasted d wrong wallet address and it was sent there, i hav requested for d transaction i.d and nothing has been given to me. Ok no problem, did another $6000 withdrawal which took almost a week to get approved and again it has not been sent to my wallet. You guys should fix up and give me my money. This isn’t right at all.

Be very careful with these horrible people.
I have had a lot of trouble withdrawing my funds and after asking repeatedly for my money to be transferred back to my bank I have now had £30 worth of inactivity fees, even though my money should not have been with them at the time.
Customer service is awful as they are completely unwilling to accept their mistakes and are always rude in responses to customer query's.
Shocking effort by these thieves.

If i could give no stars i would. The company uses poor security and won’t allow me to access my account despite having all the below info:
MT4 logins
Identification used for setting up the account
Home address
Phone number
Bank statements with proof of deposits

Very poor service. Would recommend steering well clear.

Deposited and sent docs as requested to then be approved. Everything was fine up until I went to withdraw.
Withdrawal takes 2 weeks which i patiently waited but nothing arrived. Chased up with customer support and they confirmed it had been transferred. I then sent copies of bank statements as requested signed by the bank to which no support agent could help me any further. 6 months on and im still without any funds :(

I have a very small retail account with this broker. They have now withdrawn funds without notice due to so called inactivity on my trading account. Also now told I have to open a bitcoin account to get rest of my funds out ! Seems they want to make it as difficult as possible for the small occasional retail trader.

Unprofessional, stealing funds, wierd with debitcard transactions.
Been with Jafx since early this year and off late i experience alot of shady things. I cannot fund my account with debitcard transactions anylonger and its been like this for 2 weeks now, pretty shady if you ask me. yesterday i wrote customer service and they told me i could use skrill to deposit funds which i tried. At the end of the process i recieved a note saying transaction not completed which is also fine but then i notice they still took money from my bank account. How's this even possible? I contacted customer service once more providing evidence of the situation and to be honest she sounded like she just started the job and now my money is lost and i cannot get any help. The money is not the issue here but this is and outrage a freaking scandal,USD-001-0080817

Do not use this broker . The steal your money, they will shut down credit and debit card transactions and your trades will close out taking all your money before a wire can go through.

I got burned by a scam broker recently it was impossible to get a withdrawal. I had to hire a recovery professional to get my funds back. Glad this is over for me.
