I had a very positive experience with this alarm supplier.

Even before placing my order, I reached out via email and received quick and helpful responses. The customer service is excellent, very friendly, professional, and reliable.

One of the biggest advantages is the pricing. The prices are outstanding and significantly lower compared to what we usually pay here in Switzerland. I placed a large order to fully equip a single family house.

I also made a mistake and accidentally placed the same order twice. After contacting them, they responded immediately and handled everything in a very friendly and efficient way. One of the orders was cancelled right away and the refund was promptly credited back to my credit card. This level of service is not something you see every day.

The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it was definitely worth the wait. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was securely packaged. As a nice surprise, I even received a free Ajax remote control, which I really appreciate.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied and can highly recommend this supplier. Great prices, excellent service, and top quality.

One of the purchased products is broken and the company doesn't reply to my several requests to replace the product. No answer whatsoever for months.

This company operates multiple websites selling alarm equipment and cameras, and they seem to have an issue fulfilling orders and they are not responsive when you contact them. I have been awaiting a refund since September 19th on an order that they were incapable of completing and they have become rude and have yet to return my money despite being in the wrong and in contravention to the law. They will reply and say the company is different and thus this review is unfair, but given they work from a shared bank account and share the same employees, this is indeed the same company.

Update: these people still have not returned my money, I am unclear how they consider this less than theft

Order was cancelled because they claim that they dont have the product in stock. Still same product is in the netshop for sale. Watch out this company.
