Jaipurkurta (jaipurkurta.com) is completely a fake fraudulent company cheating lots of valued customer I think as I have been cheated.
Purchased 3 Kurti sets which were delivered but of very inferior quality and price may be not even 10% of the actual money I have paid for those.
Their phone no. in the website is nor working, not even they replied to my mail.
I couldnot initiate any return against those purchase even .....
Be aware and dont be cheated again as I have been....

Very bad experience, even there is no option for return. Please do not buy any product from this site. I tried multiple times and called on number but that contact number is not reachable.

Pls don’t buy clothes from Jaipur Kurta . Ordered something received some different item and now unable to return.

I am very disappointed with my purchase. The suit I received was not of the quality shown on the website. I submitted a return request within the required time, sent multiple emails, and tried calling the customer care number, but received no response. The phone number was also not reachable.
My suggestion don't buy from this site. They r fraud.

It is a fraudlent Co. Gives excelent emages but supply third class dresses. Phoon number snd mail are bogus.
No response of sny type. There return policy is a scam.

2 suits order kiye,third class quality,size jo order kiye vo nahi mile, customer care call receive nahi kar rahe hai, switch off aa rahe hai, order number dala return product to order number bhi wrong aa raha hai, froud site hai, money waste hue,koi mat kharido is site se.

This is fraud company. I ordered a kurta got a wrong one and now requestwd for a return.they have blocked me and not returning

Don't buy, fraud company

1. Co-ord set ordered from their website after reading their return policy (that was just to fool people). Size was very small from the ones generally fits well, so initiated Return Order Request# JK125597 to order the correct size. Also, I ordered cotton piece but received very cheap quality.
2. For a whole week return order request was in pending status and no one even bothered to update the status.
3. Tried to call the customer helpline number, but no surprise no one picked up the call
4. Sent an email with complete details and return order request number, but again as expected neither anyone replied, nor return order picked up

At the end I thought of letting it go and donate the amount to them as the piece I bought was of no use to me and gave it to a house help. But this experience taught me that only good brand are concerned for their customers, and these local sellers are there to just sell their cheap items by showing wrong information at website. These small sellers just copy and paste the policies from branded websites but not bothered to stick to those.

big time frauds, selling low quality product, zero customer support, idiots

Got a very poor quality dress from them. While I was ordering, the refund/ return options were there. When I tried to return, there was no option showing for the same. Tried contacting them through, but no response.

Dont buy from this company.The return policy is mentioned here, but no one ever comes to pick up the return. It’s a waste of ordering from here.Totally useless

It’s a scam, don’t buy from Jaipur kurta , or any such online website, I have purchased two items and quality and size is substandard, they don’t return the items, their customer service number does not work, they don’t have return request on their website.
Total fraud company

I have received Very poor quality and colour of the dress.
Return and refund option is not there.
The number which is mentioned as a customer support is not working.
Total fake one.

I received an order of wrong size and very cheap quality. I sent an email on the same day, and have been trying to connect with them on the phone. The number is switched off. And no response to the mail. Looks like a FRAUD!

I ordered a kurta from this website. The quality was the worst. The size was not what I ordered. Also the delivery experience was too late. The colour was not what I asked for. My overall experience is truly the worst. It was not what I asked for. Poor service and fake website pictures. On the website, picture was different from the real clothe. I was not at all satisfied with it.

Please don’t buy their products. I got confused with Jaipurkurti which is a reputed brand. The Jaipur kurta is a scam company. They didn’t deliver 3 suits for which I had paid but delivered only one kurti set which is a very shabby product of a low quality fabric. They don’t reply to mails. The calling number on their website is fake. I don’t have an option of not giving them a star that’s why giving a star.. it’s nowhere near any star.
