Fraudsters. I bought 2 suits, not at all matching with the photos on website. Pathetic quality and fabric. Phone and email I’d both are fake. I want my money back.

Pathetic cheap quality clothing. Got the wrong items and no return possible. Customer care number given does not exist. FRAUD Website. Please don't buy. Learnt it the hard way.

I purchased a coord set...colour ordered and received both different and stitching pathetic, size also does not fit...trying to refund/exchange..not happening...customer care no. given does not exist...

Seems a scamster, contact of customer care invalid. Website shows different product than what was delivered a poor quality product.

I should have read the reviews before buying from these scamsters - they could’ve stood in traffic signals begging for alms rather than tarnishing name of Jaipur and Rajasthan!
I bought 3 suits, paid online and product is still not with Delhivery guys for pickup .

Pathetic service. Curse you - may you guys also get duped by scamsters like you just like we are getting duped of our trust and hard earned money.

Ordered 3 kurta set and the website mentioned they are of pure cotton ...but actually they are of very poor quality and completely rubbish . Also the Contact number they have provided is invalid .

There are giving worst possible cloth material with unfit clothes. No return or exchange that you can do on their website. They have provided links which lead to nowhere in the end.

Do not buy clothes from jaipurkurta .they are fraudsters. I ordered 2 sets of kurtas. But they delivered the wrong size and despite multiple return requests via mail and messages and calls i get no response.they have given a wrong email address in their website which bounces.noone responds to emails and calls.

Maine Jaipur kurta se 2 kurta set order kiye the but muze only 1 hi received hua hai or charges 2 set ke lage hai.. or abhi inka koi contact number bi work nhi kar raha or koi customer support bhi nhi hai.

I bought a dress from an Ad that was posted on Social media on Jan 28. I received a dress today which is not what I ordered. The quality is very poor and even the color and design are wrong.

When I tried returning it on your website, I can't even see the product I bought. I tried calling the number you shared on the site, but it doesn't seem to exist.

Can I kindly request you to process my refund as I am not keen to get anything else from your company.

I ordered a maroon velvet suit worth Rs. 1499, which I received on 28th January. However, I am extremely disappointed with the product for the following reasons:
The fabric quality is extremely poor and not at all as shown on your website.
I had ordered size 3XL, but I received size 2XL, which is completely wrong.
This is a pathetic experience, and I do not wish to keep this product at all. I want a full refund immediately.
There is no proper support system from your side. The contact number mentioned on your website is not reachable, which is why I am forced to send the email on your given email id and from where as well i am not getting any response till 2 feb 2026 means till today.
Please arrange a pickup from my address at the earliest and initiate my refund.
This complete website is a scam,when you try to return the product ,there is no item showing in the order list which u ordered and if you try to contact on the given number that number is not in service and if you mail at given email. Id there is no response came from there team,its a complete scam website with zero authenticity,i am writing this review to inform jaipur kurta team that its not about the amount of 1499 ,i will report your website on consumer court,so that people like you cant cheat people and grasp their harden money,fraudster
Return my amount and pick ur pathetic product by tomorrow else i will write an email to consumer court and file a case against you for sure

I ordered one kurta set and what they show is not what is recieved..quality and color is different and no return possible as no number and mail is reachable. They are fraud company.

#JK71752 Ordered 3 items and they sent 2 wrong ones. Their contact number and email nothing is working and no response. Fraud company don’t trust. No idea where to get justice. Is there a 0 rating

Poor quality not worth for the price also return and refund not easy applied for return i.e. on same day when received order ,but till not happened. No one pick the call on mentioned number or reply to our massages.

Very difficult to get an exchange. I ordered 2 sizes of the same dress but the yolk stitched is cut in a very odd shape and the fit is very bad. No contact for return.

I want to give minus rating. Fake website. Poor quality clothes. I have raised return request the same day I received but no one came to pick it up. Fake email I’d and phone number does not exist. Wasted my rs. 3887.

They asked me to pay amount 3 times saying that I’ve written wrong amount and they will refund my money but nor they refunding nor I getting kurtas I purchased

I ordered 3 dresses from jaipurkurta.com .I received very very cheap quality. I hence requested a return of the entire order.on the very same day ie 8th December 2025.
After that till now no reply.
The support email I'd is wrong and the phone number doesn't exist.
It's completely scamming company and cheating ppl.
I am now filing complaint on consumer court and will post on other websites too
