All went very smoothly
All went very smoothly - delivery via DHL took a bit longer but that wasn't a problem. In the end I picked it up at their local. But service and any replies on my emails are almost instant and as assured Quality and color of the sweater is what I hoped for 🤷🏼♀️💐

Although the top is lovely, I don’t feel the quality of the material justifies the price. I was expecting a better-quality fabric for the amount paid.

Not quite how I imagined it would look
I love the colour of the long cardigan but I felt it wasn’t as sumptuous as it looked on the website, which is a shame. It just feels and looks a bit cheap. All my other items I’ve bought from you have been lovely though.

Wonderful shopping experience! Ordering my sweater was easy and the delivery was fast!
The only thing that was bothersome was that the sweater was packed so tightly in plastic bag, it came out very out of shape with pockets curling over …. Took days to smooth it out. But, am thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend this long open sweater !!

Our knit fabric is intentionally designed to feel ultra soft and cosy against the skin, so whilst it has a luxurious weight to it, it should not feel overly heavy when worn.
If the sleeves feel too fitted, we would likely recommend sizing up to the L/XL for a more relaxed fit. We also offer free exchanges for our US customers, which can be very helpful for finding the preferred size and fit.
