Professional telephone answering service

I have been using this telephone answering service for a number of years now and it has enabled me to cut my overall office costs whilst still presenting the company in a professional manner.

Excellent service at competitive price. Highly recommended.

Our company has been using Answer.co.uk for about 8 years and have always received an excellent service. The phone is always answered very promptly and with a profesional and accurate welcome. The service is available 24/7, even on Christmas day, which is amazing.

The web interface is very easy to use and settings and instructions to the operators can be easily and quickly changed. The pricing structure is such that is cost effective, even for small companies which do not take many calls.

Great service. Always answer after two rings (at the longest). Staff are courteous and polite and introduce your Company in a polished and professional manner.

Great service, great people!

As a company we have been using JAM for many years for our out of hours service. During the recent pandemic it has been invaluable, sending emails through for any messages that come in whilst we are unable to answer the company line. Having a live person to speak to rather than an answerphone message is also a great benefit, it's a great service that we will continue to use for many years to come.

Jam provide a great service…

Jam provide a great service looking after both our Out of Hours Service, and now of office reception.

They were of great help during the recent Covid pandemic taking on all our calls while our offices were shut.

Always happy to help and making changes is straight forward

Impressed with Services from JAM

We switched to JAM a few years ago from our previous Out of Hrs provider as we also wanted to have day time cover for overflow calls. It was the best move we ever made. Not only were they better at OOH compared to the previous company, but they provided us with consistent and professional call handling services.
We would highly recommend them as for both OOH and general call handling services (email reports / transfers / message taking) all tailored to how we wanted it. Also easy to add/modify changing client portfolio.
