Probably about year 5 for us. Overall very happy, most operators are accurate in their message taking with a very few exceptions. Always polite to our callers which is a vital factor.

We've been using JAM's answer.co.uk service for approaching a decade now. It does what it says on the tin, consistently and reliably. They take our overflow/out of work hours calls and take a message.
The answering system just works. Messages are taken an passed on promptly and most junk calls seem to be filtered out. I've had many comments from clients (who actually speak to the operators) that they are very professional.
