Is this genuine?

I am not sure if this website is selling genuine leather or not. It is the third website I've come across, the first two being scams from China, in recent weeks. I've noted that my PC security system has blocked it from loading. All I will say is "buyer beware".

Buyer Beware…!!!

Buyer Beware…!!!! This company send inferior vinyl products instead of the high quality leather products shown. It is very difficult to get a refund. Report them to e-consumer an arm of the ACCC.

Handled the mountain like a champ...

The Miami canvas hiking backpack handled my last mountain trip better than my knees did. I tossed it on rocks, overstuffed it with gear, and the thing still looked untouched. No wrestling with zippers, no sore shoulders. Can’t ask for more in a trail bag.

Seems there are cows made of vinyl in china. Ordered a leather bag and received something that resembled a plastic trash bag. Don’t be fooled by false advertising as this certainly is a total scam.

Delivered VINYL

I ordered a LEATHER backpack. I received a vinyl backpack, 2 weeks later.
I immediately emailed support@james…for return details and a FULL refund.
It’s been a week; and I complied with a photograph of their delivery. I’ve requested return details a week ago, so far, to no avail. I’ve stated that this was FALSELY ADVERTISED, as LEATHER, citing both Deception AND misleading statements. Still waiting.

Travel felt more organized this time!

The Monterail weekend duffle feels like it was designed with travel in mind. I used it for a short business trip, and it fit clothes, shoes, and my laptop without issue. The shoulder strap sat comfortably and didn’t slip around. Honestly, it made traveling a little smoother.

Weekend trips just got easier

I took the Camden leather luggage bag on a weekend trip and it fit everything without looking bulky. The leather feels tough but has that broken-in softness already. It was easy to carry around, even when packed full. Definitely one of those pieces that will last a long time.

Latest in a chain of ads that claim to…

Latest in a chain of ads that claim to be craft companies closing down, last two were jewellery and watchmakers in the USA but in reality mass produced carp from China/HK. If you're in any doubt look at the photos of bags on stalls over the years (all the same picture superimposed). Sites that allow this type of "advertising" should be held responsible!

James Andrew is a scam

James Andrew is a scam. The company is based out of Hong Kong. The product you’ll be sent won’t be what you ordered. It will be a much cheaper version of whatever you think you’re ordering. There’s a long list of complaints about this company if you search online. All of the higher rated reviews are AI generated. Trust the one star reviews that sound similar to this one and look closely at the details of advertising. The terms of service will also point out this is a Hong Kong company. Nothing about this product is quality or American. They will not issue a refund, if they return an email at all. There is no contact phone number. Again, this is a scam. I spent $150 on a $30 backpack that looked nothing like what was advertised, which put a nice profit into the shipper’s hands after their international shipping fee. The company is a scam.

This is the same company based in Hong…

This is the same company based in Hong Kong that sold poor old Lara Green's leftover jewelry. They show this beautiful face and horribly arthritic hands. I'll leave it to your imagination as to where the skin, referred to as leather, came from. I've been trying to reach them since July about this beautiful, handmade jewelry that makes costume jewelry look like it came from an upper-end jeweler. Now I am not positive it's the same group, but can you find a workable phone number, a store, and a mailing label if you peel off one from an office building in Hong Kong? Call ICE and the FTC and show them this scam and how it relates to others. They're nothing but lowlife crooks

This is a scam

This is a scam. The product is made from cheap plastic.
What’s more the website has the same well crafted back story as Claire jewelry and another leather shoe store. I was conned in buying shoes too.
Note there is no phone number or physical address. Only an email which is useless.

Don’t buy stuff from old AI people

There is a YouTube video by famous scambaiter Pleasant Green about this exact scam. It’s called”Don’t Buy Stuff from Old AI People”. I recommend his channel. It’s very educational and will make it pretty easy to not fall for scams in the future.

The bag doesn't look like leather

The bag doesn't look like leather, feel like leather or smell like leather. There is an overwhelming chemical smell, so strong that even if I accepted the fact that it was pleather, I still would not use this bag to put clothes in. They would smell disgusting. Threw it away. Complete hoax.

Don't Buy The Lie

Don't Buy The Lie - Fake Leather - 8.30.2025

The quality of both products is "HORRIBLE and that's putting it mildly. I will not be contacting this company to complain because they are intentionally misrepresenting themselves. They are unable to rectify this problem because this is who they are!!

They show you these wonderful photos online and give you substandard products in their place. This company is a fake and a fraud. Be smart and don't give them free money. If you do you will be sorry!!

The belt is not the size I ordered; it's too big!! If I wanted to wear it I would have to spend more money to have it altered and that would be a challenge because of the way it is made.

They don't deserve any stars I gave them one star because I had to in order to write the review.

PLEASE!...PLEASE!...PLEASE! Don't be a sucker and buy the lie. You will be sorry and very angry!!
