This is likely a scam update
Update: I received my backpack last month after I had already filed a dispute with my credit card company and requested a new card. Scamadviser rates their website with a low trust score for being a new website despite claim they are closing shop after years of business. I had to call my cc company to proceed with payment despite bag quality being average.
Initial post: This is likely a scam. Ordered a bag 3 weeks ago. When I checked back on my order next day, website was nonexistent. I called my credit card and money had already been paid to modegallery in Hong Kong. Website resurfaced days later. Order from Amazon where you are most likely dealing with legitimate businesses.

Cant give no stars is why I only left one star...this is a scam..Im having to get another card because the charge actually was a China location where the money went.No response in 5 days for the email I sent to their "customer service" about my order.I didnt get a confirmation email or nothing..then last night,4/16/25 I was watching You Tube and a commercial hit about an old guy who made these ultimate leather shoes came on and guess what..he was retiring too and offering 80% off..amazing coincidence isnt it??So be careful out there people..especially if you are interested in something nice made from leather cause its more than likely as scam..all good reviews here are paid!!

This is a scam. The bags can be found on Alibaba for about 1/5th the asking price. All the positive reviews are less than 1 month old. "James" is badly done AI. He doesn't exist. If you want these cheap bags, go to Alibaba like *James* did. You will pay much, much less

This is a ai scam/false advertising the business says since 1997 and the website has only been registered for a few months don't waste your money .. also if you look at the reviews on this website they're all posted the same day. I believe they are fake reviews.... Reddit has post of someone who has to wait over 3 months for a refund after getting a product that wasn't as described and they came to the conclusion it's a shady business.
