outstanding customer service

A nicely sliced side of smoked salmon, with a perfect balance of smoke, salt and oiliness. It really is one of the best we've had.

A couple of strange issues with DHL re delivery. Really sorry I didn't get the guy's name at J A who returned my 6.am call within 10 minutes, most unexpected, who assured me that if it didn't arrive he would personally deliver one.

Anyway, it arrived on time, and I even got a call from DHL the following day to ask if it had been delivered as they didn't seem too sure.

Missing Items

3 out of 8 items in Valentines package not delivered on time, no advance warning or notification that items were not sent and eventually delivered late for what was a time bound event despite one of the items being promised to be delivered on the day
