My wife and I booked for the weekend. The tuition was fantastic, and it beats any of the short lessons I have ever had in the last 20 years.

Tim was great. Patient, but also keen to correct bad habits and misteps and prevent us from repeating them.

The course is also built around not being able to learn everything in one weekend, but rather taking away lots of things to work on and giving you the tools to practice the right way at the range/pitching areas/putting greens when you are back at home.

The 18 holes each afternoon was a fun addition each day, and the money will give many alot to think about before booking, but its is worth every penny and actually nets down to much less per hour than you would pay your local pro, especially when the hotel room and two rounds are added in.

The instructor Joe was really good and explained things in terms of the bio mechanics of my swing better than I Have experienced before.

Would recommend highly recommend this for people not afraid to reconstruct their swing

Fantastic value and experience. I was looking for a golf coaching course and then playing golf in the afternoon with a hotel. Fabulous coaching in very small groups which was tailored and extremely personal like an individual lesson but with more learning and time. Superb instruction and patiently delivered. An excellent hotel with an amazing spa, rooms, food and two lovely championship courses. Very good value for money and huge improvement in my own game from their coaching. The school is set up with all the latest tech but a fabulous experience. Highly recommended.

great 2 days of intermediate training from Tim, really got in to analysing my faults and how to cure them. Good knowledgeable coach, great feedback report from Trackman and follow up guidance work. Highly recommend for anyone struggling to understand how to improve their golf

This is the best investment you can make in your golf game. Joe is fantastic and i'm continually revisiting the video he created for me after the lessons. I now have a much more understanding and confidence of my golf swing. Thank you Joe.

As an older novice golfer hitting slices, fat shots, thin shots etc, the 2-day Intermediate Course with Joe Queen at Stoke-By-Nayland was simply game-changing. From diagnosis to patient sequencing of the swing, looking at all the relevant golf shots over the 2 days, I crucially left with clearer ideas of what and how to practice, and the consistency of my shots both on the range and the course has gone from 50% to 95%. The personalised instruction, and solution-based feedback were top notch. Thank you!

I just completed a 2 day camp with Joe and it was phenomenal! Firstly the technology set up was top grade to dig into every nuance and detail of the swing. However Joe was able to break down all the changes into logical building block with clear set of drills so I could feel what good looks like. Highly recommend Joe!

Had a great week with joe. The changes I’ve been trying to make with my swing were broken down and simplified so that I understood and noticed instant improvements. His trackman knowledge was impressive and just added to the learning. Will hopefully go back for an advanced course soon 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We were a group of four friends attending the 2-day golf school with Joe. It was the best golf tuition I have ever had. The use of the trackman tech was really helpful in analysing everyone's swing and it gave the evidence to support all the stages of building a sound, generic swing and also to enable Joe to provide individual guidance for each of us. The video sent after the course is brilliant - a clear reminder about what to work on. Joe is an excellent communicator and he was really good at putting everyone at ease and getting the best from us. The challenge now is to put it all into action on the golf course!

Booked a two day intermediate tuition break and really enjoyed it. Facilities were great and the progress made was more than we had expected. The instructor, Joe, started by checking with the 3 of us where we felt we were with our game and what we wanted to improve. He made sure we covered everything we wanted to. His support throughout was great. So impressed we are already discussing returning in late summer/early autumn to build on the improvements made. Great value for money and really enjoyable

Just returned from three day, intermediate with Tim at the James Andrew Golf school a group of family and friends. This is our third time coming to James Andrew and have progressed from complete beginners to a variable intermediate group this year. Tim is very patient and presents his assessment of our performance and how to improve in a very helpful and positive fashion, the video breakdown of strokes, his patient interpretation and demonstration , positive focus on how to improve each swing interspersed with his jovial personality made for a very enjoyable course, we all left feeling a renewed confidence in our ability to improve with practice. February weather was as expected wet and cold for the first two mornings but the sun shone on our third morning enough to put our chipping and putting to the test, and to positively round off our experience. I feel Tim’s game experience and knowledge ensures a very enjoyable and memorable course, the focus gained on this intense level of training is immeasurable to fairly novice golfers and we are looking forward to booking again after we put what we’ve learned into practice. Four days of golf in La Manga Spain. Three hour lessons in the mornings and a full round of golf in the afternoons. Four people per pga pro for the lessons and the rounds of golf. A great learning experience - the pros were knowledgeable and tailored the coaching to each individual in the group. The hotel and golf facilities were top notch. After 35+ years of golf my chicken wing is finally coming off!

I booked their 3 day intermediate course. I hadn't played golf for 3 years, have two " new knee" replacements and am nearing 80 years of age. I was apprehensive about the course.
In fact I needn't have worried. The course was superb, well structured, immensely constructive and helpful and, with my 3 fellow students, great fun and most enjoyable.
Joe, our instructor, was an inspiration and included each of us in every aspect of the course. We built on our progress from day to day and in the end, I felt very much that the course and experience had very much exceeded my expectations. Joe's post course feedback and Trackman video lessons will be invaluable. Altogether we had remarkable value for money and now I very much look forward to playing again.
The hotel accommodation for the course was good & reasonably priced - the food at the hotel, excellent.

I have been struggling with consistency with my golf for ever🙄I am 61 fairly fit and last week decided to enroll at James Andrew golf school on a two day intermediate course. I travelled 200+ miles hoping that it was going to be worth it. At 8:15 three others and I were introduced to our teacher Joe.
He interviewed each of us to establish what we required from the course and by some clever questioning understood our individual faults and goals . Once in the teaching bay our techniques were individually analysed and our many faults corrected over the next two days. The level of instruction and attention to detail we received was absolutely worth every penny and the 400+ mile round trip!! I came away from James Andrew golf school totally excited to get out onto the course and put my new understanding of the golf swing into practice ( when we get some dry weather 🙄)
Really good facilities, concise instruction and extremely friendly staff. Overall a fabulous experience with a very knowledgeable coach and up to date facilities. Once my handicap is below 19 ( which won’t be long I hope ) I will return for the three day advanced course. 🥂🍾👍👍

My husband experienced the James Andrew Golf School a couple of years ago and suggested I attend as I was trying to get back to golf after a 30 year gap. I was pretty nervous and didn't know what to expect but I needn't have worried as Joe was absolutely amazing. He explained the mechanics of the swing really well and had the patience of a saint!!. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and I have come away with a much better understanding and some really practical tips on how to improve. I would highly recommend Joe and the Golf School to anyone wanting to improve not only their ability but their enjoyment of the game. The Track man analysis is also invaluable.

Fantastic coaching experience for 2 days. I am a 10 h/cap and learned a lot from Joe of areas to work on to improve. And also a reminder of some bad habits.

Great experience on the intermediate course with Joe. Bespoke coaching on the specifics of your current swing with changes made gradually to help implement a more consistent future swing, with great material shared post session to enable effective practising! Would recommend and will be back!

Had a brilliant three day course with Joe Queen at James Andrew Golf school. Having played for a couple of years and having a number of lessons I still didn't understand the logic of the golf swing. Joe rebuilt my swing from scratch with the help of Trackman videos and now everything makes much more sense. I would recommend this course to anyone who wishes to improve their golf.

Tim Kelleher provided friendly and focused tuition to make this experience thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
