I got caught out too, For weeks this item showed as in local post depot awaiting senders instructions, now looks like it is going back. So I will probably never know if I was going to get some rip off gear or the lovely toy I had ordered my child for been so good during lockdown whilst I worked from home.
I have raised a dispute with my bank and have money back in my account. So long as these scammers cannot provide fake evidence I have received my order I should be ok. Not holding my breath though they seem capable of doing anything to take money off hard working people.

Absolute criminals, paid for sum Funko Pop figures that I had not seen available elsewhere, thought they were a good price and ordered them - paid £31.90 on 8th June, sent emails to chase all ignored and then this week a very small jiffy bag arrived with the worst pair of awful white socks in you could imagine. I agree with the person who wrote in their review if it looks too good to be true it probably isn't. It looks like the website has been taken down now, bet they are getting their next new scam website up and running as I type this!! Pursue a section 75 claim with your card holder or paypal if you have been scammed as well.

update 28th August - I managed to get a refund through paypal - if you have problems try through them rather than section 75 as quicker and easier and they have a case against this seller now

Scamming Chinese Took over £40 off me for a child’s toy for my granddaughter and sent two pairs of cheap socks instead. I should have paid by credit card but the site looked perfectly ok. There is no site now it seems to have disappeared. NOTE TO BUYERS: use PayPal or credit card and claim back under section 75!

I also ordered goods to value 30.00 thinking it was a legit site !. Then the next day I realised didn’t have confirmation email then I tried to go on website but it was taken down and then I read reviews so stupid of me . I then cancelled my order there and then got an email asking why etc and made out someone had already brought the same kids toys . I got an email saying ordered cancel and refund on way ! 10 days later still waiting I don’t know how these people sleep at night so please please don’t give them anymore of our money

Looked like a legitimate UK website with 80% toys - I fell for the scam brought nearly £50 worth of toys was going to spend more - feel really embarrassed they took extra money from the non existent conversion then two weeks later I received a pair of cheap knock off gucci socks from China. Thanks to NatWest for looking into this however they may dispute this and try to claim they gave me the goods as it was a tracked and received package. However I’m happy for them to inspect the package and I have taken screenshots of everything especially where they have told me my order has been cancelled yet they have still gone ahead with taking the money. I hope they get caught! Note to
Myself if it’s too good to be true then it probably is!

SCAM SITE, ordered t.o.t.s disney figures on the 16th july 20, arrived today cheap knock off socks from china, paid £24 for this tat, shouldn't be allowed to operate especially as it came up a british company, hope i can get it off my credit card

Wish I could give them zero stars. Take your money and then send some crap from China. I got a fake Versace cap - was meant to be a Doc McStuffin toy for my daughter. £18 for that!!!? So unfair. Steer well clear

Stay away scam! Ordered barbie toys been sent a hat. I've put a request in to the bank for my money back.

Avoid at all costs. They are fraudulent and scammers. They tried to send me a baseball cap instead of the LOL Amazing surprise. Very naughty. I have contacted my bank. I will be going to trading standards and report them as scammers. Disgusting how they have tried to take £40 for a baseball cap. I hope they go to prison in China where they operate.

I gave this one star only because I had to. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are frauds. They are thieves. You’ll never get anything ordered from this fake website, though you might get a pair of sunglasses. Like I did. Horrendous to try and communicate with so save yourself the trouble & DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered £43 of Melissa and Doug toys. As soon as I received order confirmation alarm bells rang. No breakdown of what I’d ordered and a garbled email telling me that the transaction would appear as ‘Volbe clothing’ on my bank statement. A month later, no sign of the goods, so after several attempts I managed to find an email address to contact the company. They sent me a tracking number. Another few weeks later and a pair of hideous fake designer sunglasses arrived in the post.

Ongoing email battle with them now to provide me with an address for return (my bank are insisting that I return). They are trying to make me keep the sunglasses for a 35% refund. What a joke!!!

They also appear to have another website - kid-safe.co.uk which has the same website layout and contact details as James country supplies. How are these websites still allowed to function?

Complete scam. Thought I was purchasing a Lego set for my daughter but received a fake pair of raybans from Chinese scum.

Total scum who ever they are iv orderd lol omg dolls iv ordered the 14 doll set thinking it’s uk based and they’ve taking money out bank showing complete different shop SHOPHANY who ever they are...so today iv gotta let my daughter down for her birthday after believing I’d receive these goods

It’s a fraud! I wish I could look for some info about this retailer before I bought anything from them. I bought LOL doll received fake Versace socks, different order number on invoice, different amount. No possibility to contact them, no reply to my emails, online survey doesn’t work. I ordered with James Supplies money went to WITESTORE Slovakia, different amount than the one I saw while paying. Got email from service8 that my shipment from China is on its way. Reported fraud to my bank.

Please do not buy from this website. It is a scam. Thought it was a uk site as .co.uk and had an address based in Bristol when I initially ordered. This has been now removed. Order toys. Firstly took payment in dollars so had forgoing, then confirmation coming from China. Order number changed which I thought was odd. Took over month to arrive and recieved a fake sunglasses case, not items ordered. Tried to email but do not expect a response. Have contacted my credit card company to get money back.
