I have awarded five stars to this company although my order was just a sample door.
There was a bit of a mix up with the sample door order I had placed, and after a quick text, it was resolved straight away with my postage cost for order refunded, it was dealt with by Jerome, same person put me right on size of doors I need to order, my sizes would have cost me a lot more money. The sample was of high quality and I have still to get round to ordering doors I need to finish job

Incorrect colour doors sent
Unfortunately delivery did not match colour of doors ordered correctly, 5 doors incorrect however one phone call and all sorted without any fuss or delay. Doors are very well made and would definitely use the company in the future
