J&H advertised free shipping, then after the purchase charged an additional shipping charge. After emails back and forth they refused to honor the advertised deal. Just bad business and illegal!

I have used J&H a lot over the years and their strongest point used to be their fast shipping and stock availability. The past few orders have been either the item I purchased had to be ordered from manufacturer despite showing as in stock or they take a long time to start the shipping process. Fortunately, they have a great return/cancellation policy so there’s that. They still have great deals, but if on demand is what I’m looking for then I’ll be looking elsewhere for the foreseeable future. Perhaps they’re just getting bigger and more successful so good for them.

I ordered my gift card and received my gift card within the timeframe I expected. My husband hasn’t used it yet but I’m sure he will be thrilled. He loves J&H

Ordered 3 reels website said 2 days shipping after 4 days emailed and was told they would look into it. Then again nothing all and all 3 emailed and 3 phone calls 10 days later I received my reels.

i called several times for advice and each time i called the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. the products came promptly, they were packed well and they were as described. J & H and crew are professionals
