4 months later, No order! No reply, No apology

I have happily ordered from Janofi in the past and although delivery has been slow with communication poor, I still received my order.
However this time, I ordered on 7th November 2020.
I figured this may have be down to COVID or something so I was patient and emailed support@janofi in response to my purchase at the beginning of Jan, two months ago, in response to the confirmation of my order with my order number included. No reply.
I visited their page clicked, contact support to open a live chat and I'm met with the message 'If someone is available they'll come back to you in a few hours', awesome customer service, NOT!
Have they ceased trading but still accepting payments? Why are they not responding to customers?
I was just about to make another order and saw these reviews. Thanks all, you've save me £55. I'll be sourcing my Whitestrips elsewhere.

They just want to steal your money!

They don't say anything about an estimated date or something, when your product should arrive, tried to contact them, emailed them twice, and texted them on messenger but no response. Impossible to contact them, tried to call them but the phone number isn't valid. What a joke! This shop isn't real. They just want to steal your money.

Have ordered on this website before…

Have ordered on this website before with no problems, However, ordered a kit 3 weeks ago which still hasn't turned up and their customer service has not replied to any emails. I would not recommend purchasing anything from here as it's very likely they won't be sending me the product and have just taken my money but I will amend my review if the product arrives or if customer service contact me.

I ordered 2 kits from them, they received my money but never send my order ! I send 2 emails and try contact on messenger, no response, nobody ! So hard to contact them, they actually stole my money , if I will not get money back or somebody will contact me that send my order so I'm going to report this !

Being pestered to write a review for a product that hasn't even been delivered yet

Its now been nine days since I placed my order and I haven't yet received the product. Meanwhile, I've received multiple messages from Janofi to rate them. I have to give them just one star since I haven't yet received the item and they seem totally unaware of this fact.

As per our policy has already written that order delivery estimate time is 7 to 12 days, He ordered on 26 July we shipped item on 27 July because 26 was SUNDAY. its only 9 days only 3-4 more days left he need to wait maximum 12 days before leave review.

Product didn't work

Product didn't work. Very disappointed. Wouldn't buy again... Was used according to the instructions... Very poor response from yourselves.

Reliable and Affordable

Whitestrips from Janofi are reliable and affordable. They support customers even after buying products. The company is small yet their work is worth appreciating. Some people reported that they do not get the product within time, however I, being a regular customer, have never faced this situation. Once my product was delayed but it was due to technical issue and then I got it. So it is not scam.

Extremely responsive

I've ordered from Janofi many times and each time has been fine! This time there was a slight delay due to COVID-19 (and a few scam worries) however when I contacted customer support they replied straight away and were extremely helpful and responsive informing me when they would arrive. Would definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend using this small company. They are NOT a scam, just a small company trying to get through Covid-19. Definitely support this small company. I ordered teeth strips and I received them with no problems.

Janofi asked me to change my review

I left a review a few months ago, I ordered strips, two months later they still hadn't arrived but they had taken payment. It is now over six months later and my case has been resolved (sort of). After a lot of chasing, finally, someone got back to my Facebook message. To be fair, he/she did get straight to sorting the order out once I had shown proof of order and payment etc. However, at over six months late some kind of compensation would have been welcome. Anyway, I finally received my strips!!!!! I'm only leaving this review because Janofi asked me to change my review. I will not be ordering from them again. Since ordering the strips, I actually had a holiday to New York and picked a few boxes up whilst I was there for much cheaper 😂

Oh, one more thing, the box came so mangled and beat up it's a good job they weren't a Christmas present or anything.... Oh wait they were supposed to be!

Do Not Buy!

Do not buy! Over a month and I haven’t received my order. I have emailed their email 3 times and no response. I’ve used Janofi in the past and haven’t had a problem, it’s a shame that I’ve lost money by being a loyal customer.
