The bikini arrived as expected very quickly. It fits very well, both tops and bottoms. The bikini looks very luxurious. Plus point because its a sustainable brand. All in all JANTHEE is my favorite bikini brand <3

It's scam.

As many people before me fell for this company and stated that you DO NOT GET REFUND, but just store credits, the same happened to me.
I odered multiple sizes to try on, after you just get free shipments above 200€ and you have to pay for returns on your own, this immediately comes to mind.

YES, its stated in their return policy, but the whole buying experience is purposeful misleading and therefore SCAM. Especially after the items are super pricey and I never experience STORE CREDITS in my whole life (and I order a lot).

YES, they might be a small company that can't afford free returns and shipping, BUT thats a stupid excuse, because they could still offer money return AT LEAST. At all they could be honest that they intend to scam people.

The suggestion to contact via whatsapp for buying advice is just a joke. No one can tell you if it will fit you correctly. And it should for such a high price...

Thats being said: "AS A YOUNG BRAND" with this customer experience they will be insolvent before you can use all your store credits.

I will not get sick to spread this EVERYWHERE I can.

What I like: Janthee's swimwear is gorgeous, with very unique patterns and the shine on the fabric is so lovely. I always get compliments when I wear mine!

What I don't like: For the price, I feel the fabric is a bit flimsy. If you have a larger bust/are plus-size, this could be an issue. Also, I feel like at this point in time, if you don't have any plus-size or even average-size models (and just having fit models doesn't count) in your campaigns, you're behind the times. It would be great to see some more representation. It would give more of an idea of how the swimwear looks on different body types, which would be very helpful. However, by looking at the brand's Instagram they don't seem interested in doing anything about this at all.

Do not shop from this place!!! SHIPMENT COST IS ON YOU FOR EXCHANGE&RETURNS. NO REFUND OF MONEY FOR RETURNS, JUST STORE CREDIT!!! I wanted to make an exchange since I needed the bikini top a size bigger. But for exchange, you have to pay for the return of the item that did not fit, but also pay for the shipment again for the new size. Since I didn't want to pay the shipment cost, in total 3 time, I wanted to return the item. But for returns, you also have to pay the shipment cost yourself and they don't even give you a refund, but just store credit. DO NOT buy from this overpriced company with unacceptable return/refund policy.

Their shiny fabric and unique prints are to die for. I am currently in Hawaii, not a day goes by that I’m not asked about my bikinis. Love the brand

Just received my 3rd order and I am in love with the new collection. It’s actually my third order, and this time I shipped it to Bali, where I am based now. Even though we had a shipping delay due to covid, the waiting time was worth it! 😍👌🏽
It feels amazing to be able to wear fair quality products and fair fashion, which is still sexy and stylish. Hard to find.
Btw I always go size up on tops, JANTHEE tops run cheeky, and I prefer more coverage. If you like more coverage, I would def recommend to go size up.

Terrible experience. I purchased a bikini for >140€. After wearing it a few times in the sea, the color of the golden applications came off and discolored part of the bikini itself and other clothing items.
I emailed the customer support about this and send them pictures to proof the bad quality. After a while I received an email that according to the production team it is allegedly not possible that this happened and I wouldn't receive a refund. After complaining about this, I was then offered a store discount, but only for the bikini bottom. I complained about this again and was then told to text the founder via WhatsApp - which is very unprofessional in my opinion. She didn't reply to several of my messages in over a week. Then she texted me that what happened to my bikini wasn't possible if "handled correctly" - whatever this means -and they would only offer a partial refund.
Honestly, every 20€ H&M bikini had a 10 times better quality than the Janthee bikini, not to mention the horrific treatment of customers.
If you want to be a "luxury" brand, then you need to sell the highest quality products and you need to have a MUCH better customer support in place.
I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy there.

I just received my JANTHEE order and am more than happy! I already own a JANTHEE bikini but wanted to get one of the new collection for my next trip and I have to say the color and material are just amazing! Even though the tops don't have pads they give so much support and I am amazed by the many ways you can wear the items. That way you only need to bring one bikini on vacation to create many different looks!

As the bikinis are known to be cheeky I wasn't sure which size I should take. The customer service responded immediately and answered all of my questions. I was able to order the same day and the delivery was so fast, I got my bikini the next day! And it fits perfectly!
I really can't wait to wear this bikini on holiday and am already thinking about which one I will order next!

I just received the Kelsey top and Stella bottom and I have to say I am in love with the quality and the fit. It suits like a second skin. Can not wait for my vacation to wear my new pieces! Just happy!

Poor customer service. Horrible e-commerce experience. No refund, only store credit… never again

I've ordered several bikinis from Janthee and (I'm not a huge fan of bikinis, never felt confident or sexy them) and I can say this is the ONLY brand in which I have felt like an absolute goddess. The material is extremely high quality and worth every penny! I now actually look forward to bikini season and I always get tons of compliments when I wear the suits.
