Not a serious company. I inquiried about an item they had on sale (I was planning to buy multiples) and more than doubled the price the moment they realized it was more expensive at other stores. I went back amd forth with them asking to honor their price and they just stopped answering.
This is not a serious company, if they don't even honor their prices, they will not honor warranties or policies.

You mentioned that the item was priced at USD 75 each. However, according to our official price log, the lowest price ever recorded was USD 138.
Although we requested a screenshot confirming the USD 75 price, no proof was provided. Without such evidence, we could not proceed with the price you mentioned. We explained that the lowest recorded price had always been USD 138, but you continued to request that we honor the lower amount.
As we could not reach an agreement on this point, we unfortunately were unable to continue the conversation further.
Lastly, we wish to note that you never placed an order with us. Therefore, suggesting that we would not honor warranties or policies is not accurate, as we have never had the chance to serve you directly.
We sincerely regret that this experience left you dissatisfied, but we wanted to reconfirm that we operate transparently and take customer trust seriously.

Made an order for two items that were on sale, turns out that one of them was mistakenly put on sale which caused a bit of a hassle. However the staff were very friendly and accommodating with updating my order to get a different item. Unfortunately the item was delayed but the overall system was simple.
