I cannot express how much I adore this bracelet. The onyx beads ground me and compliment so many of my outfits. Not only did you deliver a product that matches yours advertisement, you’ve impressed me so much that I will continue to shop and purchase through you in the future.

Bracelet is wonderful quality … above expectations. Only thing I would do differently is I would order a special engraving on the gift box. Box is great but the word I chose “love” was on a small little silver colored rectangles glued onto the box. It looked like it should have been a $3 up charge tops (instead of the $25 charge.)

Communication was excellent. Quality exceeded my expectations. The engraved leather box made it even more unique as a special birthday gift for my friend.

The men’s bracelet is exactly as I hoped it would be. The design is very nice and the bracelet is well made. Even the box that it came in is just beautiful. We chose to have the box engraved to make it personal. It was very easy to order and arrived quickly.

I purchased the TAKUMI - Whiskey Oak Ring which came with a free bracelet upon purchase. My husband and I absolutely love what we received. Both the ring and bracelet were such high quality and beautiful, and my husband especially loves the gorgeous ring box it comes with (the bracelet also came with its own box and not just a small cloth drawstring bag, which is a big plus). But that's not the only thing that made us give Japanese Melody 5 stars. Their care team is amazing, supportive, and quick. The usual bracelet that comes with this ring was unavailable, and Akira with the Care Team reached out to offer a different bracelet or another one of our choosing, also including a size guide. I picked one and received prompt replies and continuous offered support regarding our order.

For the ring sizing, I did not use their size guide. Since this was an online purchase, I was anxious to get the correct ring size, even though they offer free exchanges for the size. Instead, we bought a cheap ring sizing kit and used that. I did compare with the size guide from their website, but I found it was a little off from what we measured with our kit. However, the size I got from our kit ended up being perfect.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, the ring, and the bracelet. I've already recommended this company to friends. Thank you so much!

Gorgeous wedding bands!

Easy to order, quick shipping, great communication

I love it. It doesn't have a shiny finished like the others, looks natural. It's very lightweight and seems fragile when I initially pick it up but so far its been holding. I'd say its well made. I wear it daily and stack with another ring. I am careful for getting it wet as it is made of wood, that's just my preference as I want it to last longer.

The quality of the item, packaging and shipping was great. The item itself was mostly constructed well. One of the elements of the bracelet lava stones/volcanic stones is starting to discolor with white bands after about 3 weeks (daily wear, no use in water).

Bought this for a gift for my Husband and it’s a hit. The bracelet is a great price and great quality. I decided on the (L) size (which is for a little larger than average guy) and I’m glad I did as Hubby is of athletic build with wider bone structure. I’m including these details in hopes that it will help other customers with sizing. Overall, a great purchase!
