The best incenses, at great prices. Never a problem with an order either. I wish that I'd shopped there when I lived in SF; for a year I lived just a few blocks away. I wasn't interested in incense back then. Dumb. Anyway, my highest recommendation.
Kotaro and Jay are just 2 of the loveliest people that you would want to do business with. It's just them. Kotaro is the nose and heart (and Jay has a big heart too), but he is the practical one. The business guy. They are not a big box store or a conglomerate so every detail they must attend to. They really shouldn't take returns. But sometimes people open boxes and try stuff as if it's a sample and then return it. Which they can't sell. So they actually donate to the temple.
If you have an issue they respond immediately by phone AND text. Check their hours. If you want something special, they have incredible contacts in Japan that they have worked years to cultivate. They will special order and really take care of you.
Simply they have my complete loyalty. I buy all my boxed incense for them since 2013. They ship immediately and I only wish I could make a pilgrimage to their brick and mortar. To meet them and to smell a little bit of heaven. My highest recommendation for these rockstars of incense.
