Terrible experience from start to finish.

Placed an order in January and waited for weeks with no proper communication. After repeated delays, I was given an Australia Post tracking number that only showed a shipping label had been created, the parcel was never actually lodged or moving through the network.

When I raised a dispute for non-delivery, the business submitted evidence claiming the item had been shipped, despite no carrier scans or proof of dispatch, AFTER they promised they would stop contesting the dispute via a written email.

Poor organisation, misleading updates, and extremely frustrating customer service. Customers should be very cautious if ordering items that are supposedly “in stock”.

Would never buy from them again. First one star I have ever given, good work!

My order advertised processing/shipping in 1-2 days and shipping taking 1 week. Unfortunately, similarly to others it's been nearly 6 weeks since I ordered and my order has not even been dispatched.

About a week after my order was expected to arrive I asked customer service about my order and they said it would be dispatched "very soon". I then asked about an estimate for dispatch after a week had passed and I was told approximately dispatch would be 4 weeks from today because of their warehouse relocation. And they still have not provided the order it is now April.

This means order take 2 months longer than advertised or no order all. I will update my review if I ever recieve it. I would advise customers to go elsewhere and the business to accurately advertise how long they know their orders are going to take instead of only sharing it with customers after they have expected to recieve their order and make an enquiry.

Bought a pair of scissors 7 days ago for 100 AUD. Took the money, 7 days later, I have no information on the product's delivery or any inclination of it even existing

I ordered a shear on January 26th, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 days. It has not arrived yet. Customer support told me they are relocating warehouses and cannot give an estimated delivery date. Very disappointing... However, it finally arrived on March 2nd, and they included some gifts. Thanks.
